Dr. Vincent is an outstanding, highly skilled, and compassionate plastic surgeon who is the ultimate professional. Prior to any procedure, Dr. Vincent is very thorough in explaining exactly what will happen, and he is right on target when estimating the time and expectations for recovery. If Dr.Vincent does not think a procedure is warranted, he will share this with the patient. His integrity is beyond reproach. Dr. Vincent is assisted by his friendly and very competent support staff. I highly recommend Dr. Michael Vincent.

Dr. Vincent performed two sessions of liposuction on me. His technique was so gentle that I had no post op pain either time. No pain meds were needed. Moreover, the results exceeded my expectations. I chose Dr. Vincent for my surgery after consulting with 6 other highly rated cosmetic surgeons in the Bethesda and Rockville region. I felt very confident in him after my initial consultation and he was the obvious choice for my needs. He performed a mini face lift, neck lift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty and a brow lift on me. He recommended that I break all the procedures into two different surgeries, and I was so glad that's how he did them. The other surgeons wanted to perform all the procedures at once, which would have resulted in a very difficult recovery and a very long and difficult surgery. He was extremely detailed and everything he did came out beautifully. I am extremely happy with my results. The staff were very professional and put me at ease. He also has a very professional and fully equipped facility which made the surgeries so much easier and convenient too. I'd return to him and recommend him in an instant for any cosmetic surgery.

Today, even with a magnifying lens, you couldn't find a trace. His work is nothing less than perfect. Currently, I'm in the third month after my breast reduction surgery. Dr Vincent's team is excellent. They have personalized care for each and every patient. YOU are their most important person before, during and after surgery. There is an individualized approach to surgery with this team, unlike any you will encounter in a hospital. The surgery suite adjacent to Dr Vincent's office ensures personalized treatment for each individual. I was the Only patient there the morning of my surgery. I received a tummy tuck and breast lift consultation from Dr. Vincent in 2017. He was very nice, warming, thorough and skilled. I didn’t go through with the surgery in 2017 because I was afraid; I’d never had a major surgery. Here we are in 2021 and I finally decided that I wanted to go thru with the surgery. I called Dr. Vincent’s office to schedule a consultation. The office and staff were exactly how I remembered them ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! There are not enough words to describe his staff ? I mostly interacted with Sue and Kim who are two of the nicest people EVER! Dr. Vincent performed my consultation, and he LITERALLY gave me the same evaluation as he had in 2017 which I thought was quite impressive! Nonetheless, scheduling and pre-op was very easy. Day of surgery went well; Kim, John, Liz, and Dr. Vincent made me very comfortable and calm. Post-op day 2 was ROUGH but, Dr. Vincent made himself available when I needed him! I am now 5 weeks post-op and I LOVE my results so far.

My husband has dupuytrans contraction in both hands. He has had multiple surgeries on his hands. Dr Vincent worked on his left hand probably about 9 years ago. That hand and fingers are still 100% straight with no sign of recurrence of disease. We moved to the west coast some years ago and he had the surgery done on his right hand about 3, 4 years ago (probably the 5th on that hand) Now he needs the surgery again and go through the agony of a cast, pain and no use of his hand for weeks. Dr Vincent is not the macho guy that well, 'is going to it'. He is quiet and contained and unbelievable precise. If you live in the DC area look no further. I have been to other doctors for consultations but Dr. Vincent was the one who made me finally pull the trigger. I was recommended to Dr. Vincent by my dermatologist about removing a few moles on my face. I had a smaller mole on my chin in which Dr. Vincent cut open and it required stitches. I now have a indented 1 inch scar on my chin that makes me regret ever even removing the mole. The scar is so noticeable that it’s something I think about every single day. The scar is vertically on my chin and my new plastic surgeon informed me that Dr. Vincent did it wrong and it was supposed to a horizontal scar. I really regret coming to Dr. Vincent, if I had known he was going to botch up the removal I would’ve just kept the mole on my face or went to somebody else. He did a careless job in removing a cyst from my cheek with really bad stitches that left a long scar on my face. Plus his manner was aloof and cold and with no explanation.

I recently had an abdominoplasty with Dr Vincent. He and his staff are warm and professional and I appreciated the very clear instructions I was given on how to prepare for the procedure and what to expect during my recovery. Dr Vincent uses Suburban Outpatient Medical Center where I was also impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. An abdominoplasty is no joke but I was given all the information and medication I needed to make my recovery proceed smoothly. Most importantly, it was absolutely worth it. Four months later, I am entirely satisfied with my result and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Vincent to others interested in this procedure.

The results of these two encounters were blue & black marks on my entire eye without removal of the cyst!!. Then, I found finally Dr. Vincent. A real PRO, who knows what he is doing. 1. Dr. Vincent performed three operations on me in three critical locations (eye lid, ear lobes). 2. All these operations have been extremely successful & left no scars. I just had the most wonderful experience using Dr. Michael Vincent for my lower face/ neck lift and upper and lower eye lift. It is about 3 1/2 weeks out and I am thrilled with the results. My experience with Dr.Vincent has been excellent. I had a mastopexy done and conducted a lot of research prior to selecting a surgeon. I'm so glad I chose Dr.Vincent and couldn't be happier with the results. They actually turned out even better than I expected. Dr.Vincent is a very experienced and skilled surgeon and his staff has been nothing but positive and helpful throughout the entire experience.

I needed to find a surgeon to restore my nose after Mohs surgery. After looking at several surgeons in the area, I had a consultation with Dr. Vincent to discuss the planned procedure. Dr. Vincent is a good listener and makes the necessary time to understand and relate to his patient. I learned about some of the training he had in medical school, we spoke about the "art" of working with facial structures. I left that meeting with a high degree of confidence in the procedure, and in his knowledge and skills. On the day of the procedure, his confidence and demeanor remained true to our interview. His treatment plan and post-operative follow up were very positive. He has an excellent staff.

I just had the most wonderful experience using Dr. Michael Vincent for my lower face/ neck lift and upper and lower eye lift. It is about 3 1/2 weeks out and I am thrilled with the results. He was a pleasure to work with , very low key and reassuring. He told me he does natural looking work and that is exactly what he did. I look like me but improved!!! His staff was terrific and answer all the questions I had. His nurse Christine couldn't have been sweeter and also calmed any fears I might have had prior to the procedure. The procedure went flawlessly and I had no complications and truly very little bruising except my eyes. I was out in public 10 days later. Dr. Vincent and his entire team have been absolutely amazing. Although I wasn't the actual patient, my mother was, we are both giving them a 5 star rating and I'm also planning to see him in the future. My mother is 80 years young and her care from beginning to now was thorough and kind, and always honest and direct. He never tried to oversell her the looks of a 20 year old, but instead gave her back her own beautiful looks with a hint of youth! She now looks amazing again and feels great. And is looking forward to doing other procedures with him. And his staff is just as great. We had problems getting the correct pre-op docs from my mom's PCPs office. His staff worked with us for 2 days to make sure we finally got the right docs. In my experience with 2 minor procedures, Dr. Vincent's skill and professionalism have been consistently top-notch. And his staff are head-and-shoulders above any other medical office I've ever experienced. They are so well-organized! Great communication, always running on time, and a beautiful facility to top it off.

After doing research and interviewing many doctors, I decided to go with Dr. Vincent. I have had 2 surgeries with Dr. Vincent. One to place implants and 2nd one to have them removed. Dr. Vincent was the only doctor that recognized the difference in my chest and how it wasn't a straightforward procedure. He discussed the options with the first surgery (implants) very clearly and was patient with all of my questions/concerns. The outcome was wonderful. After years of having them in, I felt it was time to remove them. This surgery was also not so straight forward, however second time around, second smiling face. Results look great and no complications. I have been extremely happy with the liposuction that I had with Dr. Michael Vincent. I had these stubborn areas of fullness that persisted no matter how hard I tried to work them off. Dr. Vincent is an incredibly talented and detailed plastic surgeon who quite obviously cares deeply about his patients. I met with him in anticipation of a complicated mohs surgery with the need for reconstruction of my nose. From the very first visit, he made me feel completely confident that I could get through the ordeal. During the reconstruction, I was not worried since I knew I was in the best possible hands. Over the many office visits, I have discovered that he is completely committed to his patients and respects not only their feelings but their time. “Dr. Michael Vincent has been the best and let me tell you why. I have had 3 beautiful children, all of whom weighed over 8 pounds at birth. I had become unhappy with my body because of my bulging stomach area and breast shape. I did my best with my diet and trying to exercise, but honestly, it is very tough as a busy mom. I don’t care for the Mommy Makeover term, but that is what I had. I had a tummy tuck and breast surgery by Dr. Vincent and the results have been so satisfying.

Dr. Vincent was truly the best person to go to for the surgery I had. Not only was he extremely knowledgable, but he was meticulous with his work. His front desk staff were always super friendly and genuine. I also had a great experience working with his nurses, all of whom constantly made sure I was comfortable and taken care of.
