Absolutely zero empathy. If you want a doctor to treat you with compassion and decency, keep searching and don't waste your time with Dr. Vickers.

Such a terrible stuff and never ever want to pick up phone for the new patients. Too shameful..........

This guy is very hostile if questioned or if you seek a 2nd opinion. He can also be bought off as it was his drs office that released my records to my mother's ex husband during their divorce without my consent and thru his secretary under the bus for it after im sure she got a nice bonus. He is a complete cook. He tried to tell me nothing was wrong w me after ive been diagnosed w 3 deadly illnesses and i would already be dead if i had listened to Vickers. He is rude and doesnt listen to you at all. He just plays Dr and my other 2 nuerologist and my ent make alot of jokes ab him bc he really is crazy. I am 100 percent disabled and crippled and my last visit that i was there, he was so upset that we came back that he slammed the door as hard as he could in my face before i could walk out the room. He told me "you need to stop faking amd spending your step fathers money" while doing a test one time. Horrible experience! Will never go there again! Pretty sad when MD does not listen to his patient. This doctor costs me lots of money. Either tests were unnecessary or office is not capable of proper documentation. Stay away !!!

Lack of professionalism from front office staff made me uncomfortable scheduling an appointment.

I think Dr. Vickers is a great person and cares about you as a person, I disagree with the posting from person who said bad thing's about him. You don't find Dr. Who care as a person. So if you don't get the answer you wanted maybe it was not the best choice for care in your opinion. Thats why you see a professional. Remember Medical is a practice. Not prefect. Great staff and Dr. Vickers is awesome!! It’s a doctors office and sometimes you may have to wait. It happens, have a little patience. As for Dr. Vickers, I could not ask for a better neurologist. I am not a doctor person at all and I am totally comfortable with him, he tells you the truth, and that’s exactly what I want in a doctor. I truly feel blessed that he was put into my life when I started having seizures. Whenever I hear someone seeking a neurologist, I always recommend Dr. Vickers, he is the absolute best! Excellent diagnostic neurologist physician

Excellent physician. Dr. Vickers is smart, well informed and a caring doctor. He takes the time to listen to his patients and provide intelligent well thought out treatment plans.

MD is direct and to the point. His demeanor is engaging and smiles a lot. The kind of doc I appreciate.

Very upset I just waited 4 or so weeks for this apt and drove 40 min from Cape Coral to Naples and took a day from work, only to find out they don't take my insurance! When they submitted for my info from my other neurologists why did they not find this info out? Why did they just not ask a few simple questions? Poor staff training in my eyes!
