Dr. Vick and his NP does awesome job. Dr. Vick is my life saver. He had to do life threatening surgery. Felicia is wonderful nurse. Thanks for all you do guys.

Dr Vick is so awesome!!!

Dr. Vick and his staff is very friendly and caring. Diagnosed my cancer last year and guided me with the rest of WellStar's Cancer doctors at Hiram. Setting up appointments early and/or often is easy. The Team was well informed with any questions that I had. Billing went out of there way to work with Insurance. I highly recommend this facility instead of driving downtown, (I am sure Atl has great people and excellent facility also) they are like a small family who go out of their way to help. Dr Vick is the best ENT , my sister and I both had our tonsils and adenoids taken out by him when we were younger. Now my son sees him and he has a great bedside manner and genuinely cares about his patients. He also took his adenoids out and put tubes in his ears and all of the staff that helped to prepare him were so friendly and are great with the little kids. Had a past ear infection and lingering pain that was temporarily solved with antibiotics given by Urgent Care. Wanted to see ENT specialist to diagnose and clear up the problem. Took almost a month to get in to see Dr. Vick, but a cancellation made an opening after 3 week wait. Excellent interaction and Dr. Vick was able to remove the piece of earwax that landed on eardrum. He is friendly and thorough in the check-up. Highly recommend for ENT care!

This is not about Dr. Vick, he is wonderful. I have been going to him for 5+ years. He has put tubes in my son’s ears twice, performed a tonsillectomy on me as an adult, and helped with different ENT problems over the years. He is great with children. This review is about his Hiram staff. They are the rudest and most unaccommodating staff I have ever encountered at a doctors office. I have always overlooked the staff because I liked Dr. Vick so much. But, today was it for me. There was evidently a miscommunication between their computer system and staff. When I got there they had my file pulled for my 9:30 appointment, but the computer said I canceled. They even had it documented that I had called the previous Friday to confirm my appointment. I waited for over 2 hours with my children for some resolve, as they said he would fit me in. Finally, I had to leave. When I asked when I would be seen they gave me a vague “um hopefully 20-30 mins.” No apology, no rescheduled appointment on their part. I called back to complain to the office manager and they said I was rescheduled for 12:00. That would have been nice to know when I was in the waiting room. I would have left and come back. So, in summary, Dr. Vick is great, staff is horrible. This is not about Dr. Vick, he is wonderful. I have been going to him for 5+ years. Had a lipoma removed from my neck. He did a great job, and was even able to do it in office and save me thousands as I’m self pay. There was a billing misunderstanding, but Emmee was able to clear it up and they did the right thing by me and did not charge me the extra as they took ownership of the error. Healthcare is a tough cookie and this team really rolls with the punches and provides excellent care and service. Had a lipoma removed from my neck. I highly recommend Dr. Vick! I came to him to get a 3rd opinion on a lump in my neck. I was hesitant at first to book my appointment with him because I could only find five reviews on him online which they were all 5 stars but still that’s not many. I actually scheduled an appointment with a different doctor in canton which after several rescheduling issues with them I decided to take my business elsewhere. I ended up asking for ENT recommendations on Facebook and I had so many people tell me how good Dr. Vick is. I am so thankful I listened to them. I am so impressed! He had a great bed side manner! I was so pleased with how he gave me my diagnosis of my parotid Tumor. He was able to give me all the info I needed and answered all my questions and concerns. He truly cared and spent time with me. He was in no rush. I really have never been so pleased with a doctor before! It was the worst news I’ve ever gotten from a doctor but I was very impressed and shockingly comfortable with it all. They were able to schedule my surgery quickly so I will be back on here after I have my surgery to give another review. I highly recommend Dr. Vick! I had ear surgery and Dr. Vick was great from diagnosis to surgery to followups each year. He is not only an excellent surgeon but is very personable and caring as well.

I brought my nervous wife today to check out a sore throat she's had for months and months. Dr Vick was friendly, informative, took plenty of time- we didn't feel rushed, he seemed personable, professional and all around awesome. We have already referred him out and will be doing our follow up with him as well.

Dr. Vick took such great care of my father during his every breath he took!! So manner-able and great bedside manner!!!

He has been my Dr since 2009 we are very thankful for him. He's the one of the best at his job number 1 in my book he kept me alive had a stage 4 cancer in my throat and now its gone.
