Dr. Michael D. Turner

As a prior patient who was supposed to have double jaw surgery performed by Dr. Michael Turner, I am informing any future clients of his incompetence and unprofessionalism. In brief throughout my entire doctor/patient interaction with Dr. Turner I had nothing but mistakes, miscommunications, financial errors and patient neglect. His demeanor might be cordial and welcoming but his level of professionalism and competency is absent. There were a plethora of errors with communication, billing and orderly timing up to my surgical date coming from him and his team. After a bunch of misleading information and delays in responses, three weeks prior to major double jaw surgery ( after planning my life around that date) he had cancelled my surgery stating that he felt he was not confident in his capabilities to deliver the right results for me! I am appalled that he even dragged this medical process out that long causing more issues for me in the long haul. Nice doesn't mean qualified! In a side note, one of his patience jaw collapsed after surgery! Stear clear of his lack of skills

Dr. Turner is an excellent specialist, great caring doctor and a very special human being. I came to his practice with a rather difficult situation and in the midst of almost loosing 6 implants; and he was able to perform surgery correcting the condition I had and was also able to save all 6 implants. He also takes his time answering your questions and giving you the advice you need. You can reach him by email, text or telephone call. Dr. Turner has treated my wife for serious and recurring infections and has gone above and beyond any other Dr she has seen. He has also treated me for some failing implants that I had done elsewhere. I got multiple opinions on what to do and Dr Turner made the most sense and did a fantastic job treating me.

He was very kind and caring. He listened to me and his answers where very comprehensive and helpful.

Dr. Turner works with special need adults My sister who is special needs stays in the bed and wheel chair. She was not talking for a few months. Dr Turner did fantastic job in extracting my wisdom teeth. The entire procedure took less than an hour and was mostly pain free. He is very professional, thorough and encouraging.

Dr. Turner is by far the best doctor that I have ever come met. He saved my life. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring and experienced. He truly listens and cares about his patients. You can email, text or call him. I had a unique situation and after visiting several dentists and specialists and going for numerous testing, Dr. Turner was the only one who figured out which procedure would give me relief and improve my quality of life again. I am forever grateful for him.
