Would recommend to everyone!!! Great experience and I am terrified of the dentist!!! They made me feel at ease and I had no pain at all. Amazing, thank you so much!!!! 10 stars, not 5!

So, who likes to go to the dentist? What about having a root canal ? Well if you ever and I mean ever need to please come here. Great experience from the first call for an appointment ( I was in pain) to the call I received on Saturday the day after my root canal to make sure I was okay. I’m only going to say the dentist was great, explained everything great chair side manner. I recommend Litchfield Endodontics 100%.

Very very caring Dr. & Staff.

Great office! They do good work.

Specialist, when you need one , you also want competency in the practice of their skills or profession . My wife and myself were referred to Dr Thompson’s practice. We were not disappointed, He is outstanding in his skills, chair side manner. Always aware of his patient’s needs while receiving wonderful care . His support staff are also to be commended, a very professional caring efficient office. We highly recommend Dr Thompson and his staff!

The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. Dr. Thompson is knowledgeable and professional. He explains everything to you in understandable terms.

Dr Thompson and his team went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule and take care of my tooth with a painless root canal. Highly recommend.

These guys are excellent! Compassionate, caring, professional, knowledgeable! I felt super safe, informed, cared for during the entire procedure, from the time I walked in until the time I left! Five stars plus!!

The entire staff at Litchfield Endodontics was superb. Easy to schedule, clean environment, staff knowledgeable and Dr Thompson was great(friendly, not rushed, new his stuff)

First time going to Litchfield Endodonics . I'm very particular about dentist and doctors but I found Litchfield after much research. The staff was professional and treated me with much respect. The doctor took his time and was very thorough. He explained everything very well and also had some small talk. I was fortunate enough not to have any treatment so I cannot tell you how my experience was with that . I consider my judgment excellent so I would recommend them...... FYI Dr music is good for this soul. Thank you and your staff.

Dr Thompson and his staff is great. You hear the word “root canal’ and think the worst, but the 3 that I’ve had done with Dr Thompson were effortless. Very calming atmosphere and they put you at ease and explain the process each step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend Litchfield Endodontics, you won’t regret it!

I was referred to Dr. Thompson after suffering with debilitating facial pain for more than two years that seemed to be related to a tooth I'd had a root canal on (with another endo). Dr. Thompson has been wonderful in trying to figure out the cause of the pain and is committed to finding out how to relieve it for me. Despite not being in-network with my insurance, I plan to continue to seek treatment from him because he's so great. His staff are extremely nice, caring, and respectful of my time, which is always appreciated and hard to find in the medical community.

I am a general dentist and have a lot of choices to get my dentistry done but I drove over 1 hr one way to be seen and treated by Dr. Thompson and would highly recommend him. Dr. Thompson is a master of his profession, which is very rare these days. He did a root canal and got me out of pain in a timely manner and did an incredible job. He is professional and has a great team working with him. Thank you for your great work.

Went in for 3 root canals on 3 separate appointments, all three went flawlessly and most importantly pain free I highly recommend this office

The gentle wave system changed how I perceive root canals - I found Dr. Thompson on accident and turned out to be the best endo experience ever!

Dr Thompson is the best ! I was very nervous about my root canal surgery but him and his team were so nice and helpful. My surgery went super smooth, had a great experience overall. Definitely recommend:D

Dr. Thompson is an excellent Dr. I was in pain with an abscessed tooth and he resolved the problem for me. He follows up to make sure all is going well. His entire office staff are wonderful and go out of their way to help.

I went for an evaluation , for a possible needed Root Canal, from the front desk to the Hygienists, to checking out, I was impressed with the friendliness , and knowledge. Dr.Thompson was amazing, and explained all, with a reassuring manner. I feel like I’m in good hands!

Dr Thompson is so professional while still being friendly and very much concerned about a patient's comfort zone. Excellent Doctor and staff!

The entire staff is awesome! They do a really good job of explaining what is going on and making you feel comfortable when the dental work is far from comfortable(root canal).

Great dentist staff and experience. I went into for a root canal repair done by another dentist over 30 years ago and found my experience at Litchfield Endodontics to be one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Dr. Thompson is highly recommended very skilled very professional and will do what's right for you.

As previously posted, I had a more complex root canal procedure than most due to some anomalies. Dr. Thompson & staff were awesome. Had my two week follow up yesterday and all looks good. Also booked my free-of-charge 6-month follow up as well. A nice touch by this practice. Very pleased.

I was referred to this facility by the Dental Spa on Litchfield. I am a veteran. I had to follow up every week for 6 straight weeks before the dentist decided I was important enough to send in my report to the VA. I had a temporary cap that he put back on, it lasted less than a day. The dental assistant commented that it didn't fit but the dentist put it on anyway. I lost that temporary cap after my first meal, because food was able to dislodge it. I feel like my dental care was not treated seriously at this facility. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Dr. Thompson is caring and professional. I feel safe and secure knowing that he does great work. He always follows through and checks to see how I am doing. I would recommend him .

Office staff is very friendly and caring. My family went out of town and my daughter had a tooth that was worked on the previous week by Dr Thompson start giving her some trouble. Pain and gum was swollen above the tooth. I was hesitant to call the emergency cell number that goes directly to Dr Thompson after hours. (Didn’t want to be “that” parent ). We thought I was going to need to leave our vacation to come back into town and have her seen. Dr Thompson was very kind. He called her in some medication to a pharmacy that was close to where we were vacationing at. After about six hours she was much better. Followed up when we got back into town. My dentist referred me to Dr. Thompson for a difficult re-treatment of a 30yr old root canal that recently got infected. At my consultation, along with special detailed x-rays that were taken, Dr. Thompson answered my questions & concerns, explained my options & procedure he would use for my treatment. I decided to go ahead with his plan. He is very thorough & explained what he was doing as he worked on my tooth using his high tech equipment. I was happy with my treatment plan. Painless root canal and a very good experience with Dr. Thompson and his entire staff.

I had an emergency, major throbbing pain in my tooth and jaw. Dr. Thompson’s team got me in same day. Dr. Thompson did a consultation and took care of the pain in the spot. Good as new. Thanks.

Both the Dentist and assistant were friendly and funny. There wasn't a dull moment in the chair. This was absolutely the most painless work I have ever gotten done on my tooth. I very highly recommend this practice for your root canals.
