Dr. Burt and Dr. Tew are amazing. However Lisa, is hand down the most rude, unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune of having to interact with in this type of setting. She refused to listen to what I was saying, refused to accept that the dentists advised us to come in on an emergent basis. She was condescending, threatened to not have my child seen at all. This is an issue that should be dealt with immediately in my opinion. She owes me, and undoubtedly many others an apology for her less than subpar service, and pisspoor attitude. Until I get that apology, I will be looking elsewhere for my childrens dental work. It’s not my last name. The children have a different last name. I absolutely LOVE this dentist office. They are fantastic with all of my kids! They are friendly and are terrific with the little ones and the teens too! I highly recommend them.

We had the best experience at Children’s Landing. Dr. Tew and his staff made sure our son was fully taken care of and all of our questions were answered. They provided exceptional service and made our experience there feel calm and cared for. During and after our sons dental work, Lisa the Front Office Manager and Cambree the dental assistant made sure we were updated through out the procedure and even sat with our son to ensure he felt comfortable. Love Dr Tew and his office staff!!

We love Dr Rogers! She’s the best! She’s excellent with the kids and seems very knowledgeable and skillful.

We’be been going to Dr. Tew for 16 years. We love him! His staff is kind and patient. The front desk is AMAZING to work with (different insurance plans and payment options. We love this place! Dr. Tew keeps it real - he tells me exactly where things are at with my kids and how to better help them. Great dentist, my three girls love coming to appointments! I have been bringing my girls to Children's Landing for over 15 years, the office staff is wonderful and alway smiling. Dr. Tew makes my girls feel at ease and enjoy their visit. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else.

Children's Landing is amazing every time we go in! We used to go to the Children's Crossing Location in Saratoga Springs, but Children's Landing is now closer to us since we've moved. Dr. Tew and Dr. Rogers immediately recognized us from Saratoga Springs and it made us feel so at home! Each time we've gone, they have been great! So gentle and caring with my kids and are never pushy when recommending extra care (ortho, etc). The dental assistants are the best too! All are highly professional, friendly and they treat you like family. Sure makes having to go to the dentist an enjoyable experience! In fact, my daughter was the only one treated today and my son said, can we come back tomorrow for me?! Children's Landing for the WIN! Children's Landing is amazing every time we go in! When I took both of my kids in to the office, it was their first time being at the dentist and they were both nervous. Right away they were put at ease by the dental assistant. She was great with them. Then the dentist came to check them out and she was very friendly and informative. I will definitely bring my kids back.

My youngest son love's going to the dentist. Even though he's always getting a lot of work done. When I was a child I would run and hide and the dentist and my parents had to go and look for me. The staff along with the amazing electronics provided create an amazing atmosphere. Everyone from making the phone call, the front desk lady, the assistant, the dentist, to the check out lady are very friendly and amazing. My son was visiting his father over the weekend. His spacer became loose so his dad decided to cut the spacer out with wire cutters. First off I was so afraid to let them know what happened. However regardless of the situation everyone was very nice to me, nor did they pass any judgement. Even if they did I didn't feel like there was judgement passed upon me. I honestly wouldn't have been able to react the way they did. I'm very impressed with the integrity of the staff. Thank you for all that you've done for my kids. We have been going to Dr.Tew for 13 years and have always had the best experience! He works so hard to make sure the kids feel safe and that they are his priority through the whole procedure. The assistants and officer staff are wonderful! I recommend Children's Landing to everyone!

I’m so glad I found Dr. Tew and his assistant! They seem very knowledgeable and were very patient with my son that has ADHD and Apraxia of speech. Dr. Tew explained to me everything that needs to be done for my son and I’m glad he’s focused on making my sons dentist visit as comfortable as possible for him. Everyone in the office was amazingly friendly. My kids and I loved children's landing pediatric dentistry! P.S I’ve had a really bad experience in the past with another dentist. We had a great experience at Children's Landing. The staff were all very kind and considerate. They made my children feel at ease. They made sure they understood any medical issues my children had that needed to be addressed. I felt like they genuinely listened and did a great job with my children's teeth. My son is 3 and has gone to 1 other office at which he refused to let them touch him. Children's Landing is so kid friendly! They have a play area for the kids in both the front and back. Was so great for my daughter while her little brother got looked at! They even have tablets for the older kids to play on. My son opened up so quickly and went and got his X-rays done which I thought to be impossible until we came here. The dental assistant was so good with him and he took to her right away. She made him feel comfortable and showed him in a way a 3 year old could understand what they were gonna do. The doctor was wonderful and very descriptive and great to answer all our questions and concerns! I felt great about our visit and am happy to call this my kids dental office! Thanks so much! We have a good experience at Children's Landing each time we go. The staff is friendly and helpful. They make sure all of my kids' dental needs and issues are well taken care of. We love Children's Landing! Go UTES!
