Michael Song

I'm a long time patient of Dr Song . I recommend him highly. He is so kind and caring and I feel very comfortable with him. So many doctors are brusque but Dr. Song always takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I have moved out of the area and travel a great distance to see him because he's worth it.

Excellent doctor, I actually had no problem getting in touch with the office when needed. They return phone calls in a timely manner and if I need to speak to the doctor, he calls me back. Front desk is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Song is a wonderful caring Dr. My only issue is you cannot get anyone to see you in between your monthly visits. I also agree with prior comment there are no answering services , so when you leave your appointment you are are your own for the next month until next appointment. I just wish there was more communication. Front desk offers no help.

A+++++. Dr. Song and everyone he works with are excellent. There are not enough words.

The doctor is very nice, but what i do not like about the office is that they do not have an emergency telephone number where the doctor can be reached when the office is closed. Need to have an emegency telephone number for contact.......Thanks
