Hard to get a response back from this office been a patient here for about 5 years. I have cerebral Palsy. The Assist. To Dr. Smith does not take a interest in her patients. I am changing Doctors

Worst dr ever he never listens and spends his day in the parking lot moving his carc while you wait 3 hrs for a horrible dr.

I have always waited 1.5 hours minimum in the waiting room. Once in the exam room, another 30 min. He doesn't listen to my needs/concerns. I have had opiate problems in the past, but I am overdue for hip & knee replacement. I deal with chronic pain daily, but he's never bothered to explore other pain management options, therefore I suffer b/c I'm flagged. Once my prescriptions are out of refills, it takes a week or more and many calls to get a refill, when it should only take 24-48 hours.
