Dr. Michael Charles Slaughter

Dr. Slaughter. What can I say about this man. I know a few people have complained about wait times, but this is because when he is with his patient, his entire focus is on them. He is thorough, dedicated and willing to go the extra mile, even if it means getting behind schedule and staying hours after his office was supposed to close. Congratulations on your retirement, good sir. Our community will miss you, but you’ve certainly earned it.

Dr. Slaughter has disrespectful, arrogant people working for him who don’t respond to phone calls.

Set up appointment with office for 3:45pm, the day before the appointment the office calls stating they need to move it to 3:00pm, which is fine. Arrived at 2:45 and WALKED out at 4:45 without being seen. Sat in the office for almost 2 hours after accommodating their move to an earlier appointment.

He left my 95 yr old father waiting for 2 hours after scheduling a 9:30 am appt. Really, you are behind 2 hours when he is the 3rd patient of the day? Greed must drive you to over book. We left after the 2 hour wait and was NEVER SEEN BY THE DOCTOR.
