I have had very good experiences at this office and Dr. Sitters is a very friendly and competent Oral Surgeon. Highly recommend.

Very thorough he answered every question I had. The staff made sure things were transferred properly from the referral. I didn’t have to call to double check on things.

You couldn't ask for better care than what Dr. Michael Sitters provides. He immediately sets you at ease with his demeanor, knowledge and ability to answer all your questions, and well as review all options for treatment.

Friendly good service

The doctor and staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease as they worked on my teeth.

I have used Spring Klein Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery numerouse times and they are my choice for any work I need to have done. The office functions like a well oiled machine. Dr. Sitters is professional, knowledgeable, communicates exceptionally well, offers alternatives when appropriate and completes his work and the predetermined timeline. His staff is very customer friendly, also knowledgeable about office procedures and practices. The team as a whole are good listeners and problem solvers. The office setting allows you to be in a positive frame of mind when under going treatment and the follow up work done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them all for any needs you may have in this arena.

Excellent service

Very welcoming as soon as you walk in. Doctor is super nice and very detailed on everything.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Spring-Klein and Dr. Sitters.

Dr. sitters is an excellent surgeon. This is our third time getting wisdom teeth out from Dr. Sitters. He walks you through the procedure, risks and recovery. I would highly recommend him.

I have some pretty severe dentist trauma that stems from a kid. I've had a wonderful experience with this office. I came to Dr. Sitters for my 2 dental implants and the whole process over the last few months has been surprisingly easy. My consult and payments were transparent and fair, not to mention the front office staff are very kind and organized. After surgery, I had some pain that became too much as I left a message on his after-hours line, he called me back not 20 minutes later to address my concerns. I still have one more follow-up appointment after I get my actual crown placements from my dental office, but overall I've just been very pleased with my experience. Wow this place was the best. Super clean and friendly. My wife and I are currently with BLVD dentistry and we're definitely switching to this one. Dr. Michael Sitters was great! I came in for 2 wisdom extractions. He later called me in the evening to check to see how I was doing! Highly recommended!

The front desk lady was very kind and super helpful. You can tell she cares about what she is doing (I'm sad to say I don't remember her name). The doctor was also super helpful, patient, and was willing to answer my many questions. The place was clean and looked like a professional office. I didn't have to wait long before I was taken care of. I always worry about prices of procedures and x-rays- I was grateful that they didn't act inconvenience when I asked for a breakdown of the prices. Dr. Sitters is very personal and friendly. He has to do an implant and so far he’s removed the old tooth. He gave me one shot for the pain whereas previous doctors have had to give me multiple shots. He’s easy to get into and very little wait time for appointments. Check back later in a couple of months and I will let you know how the implant goes. So far I highly recommend. This is the second time I have used Dr. Sitters at Spring/Klein Oral Surgery. I had a tooth pulled in 2019, no hurting after surgery and recovered quickly. This time, however, my circumstances were different because of blood thinners and aspirin. Dr. Sitters did a collection of blood, removed a bridge and pulled two teeth. I am doing well. I have no pain, the bleeding stopped within hours of surgery. Dr. Sitters personally call that night to see how I was doing. Visited Dr. Sitter to have an implant placed to replace a tooth that was removed. He and his staff were very helpful in explaining all parts of the procedure and he called me the night after the implant was placed to see how I was doing pain-wise. The overall process was very easy and really pain-free thanks to the medications the Dr. prescribed and suggested I continue to take, even if I didn't think I needed them. Was able to get a quick appointment and the staff and doctor were great. On day of an appointment the wait time was less than 5 minutes for each of the of the four visits. I had to get both bottom wisdom teeth out and they were all amazing. It was very simple process and they give you all the tools you need. Very sweet and professional workers!

Doctor and staff are very friendly and nice. They performed my procedure quickly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Doctor called later at 8pm that day to check on me, and the staff followed up the next day. Great customer service and I would highly recommend to others.
