Dr. Michael R Simon

Dr. Simon and his team take excellent care of our family. They are meticulous, knowledgeable and careful. As well, we feel that they treat people a with small town friendly approach but still have all of the health advantages of being in a big city. As well, we simply won’t go to anybody else to clean our teeth. We are dedicated to Jessie the hygienist. Her work is above and beyond. Definitely recommend as the care is terrific and the location is so nice.

Dr. Simon and his team are the most professional practice I've ever been to. For two years plus I've had cleanings, crowns and other procedures. Always well run, clean, courteous, friendly, and above all, great results in comfort and caring procedures. My wife recently had a veneer fail, and it was very distressing for her. Dr. Simon had her come in immediately and made the time to repair it on the spot. He invests in the latest technologies and knows how to use them effectively to make his office run efficient and get the very best results for the clients. It's everything you dream about for a medical services office, except its not a dream or a one off - they pull it off every time. Exceptional in every way - if you can get in to see Dr. Simon, DO IT!

I've used Dr. Simon for several years. He's done fillings, a crown, an unscheduled repair of a different crown and several other dental tasks in a very professional, painless (as little as possible) manner with no follow up problems. His dental technician has done teeth cleanings in an equally professional manner. I'm happy with the care I've received. As a retiree, I want my teeth to be a non-issue, which they are due to the great in office and continuing planning and follow-up care Dr. Simon's office has provided. 2/16/23 I had a crown fall out last night. Dr. Simon's office arranged a 7:30am appointment for me today. He X-Rayed the tooth to make sure there was no underlying problem, then was able to re-cement it back into place. Dr. Simon made sure the margins were smooth and clean and re-X-Rayed the tooth to be sure the area and gums were clear of residual debris. When all was done, it was like the tooth was painlessly and magically restored to the way it was before it fell out. The whole process took maybe a half hour. Best of all - I wasn't even numbed up and the cement was set immediately by a special light (UV?).

This is an ideal office location. All of the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The hygienists are gentle and friendly. Really excellent dentist. I feel like everyone goes above and beyond genuinely caring for my teeth and dental health.

Very efficient, modern and personable

Have had to have several procedures performed over the past year. Dr Simon has made me feel completely comfortable. He and his staff have completed some repairs and restoration to work that was done by my previous dentist. My gums and teeth feel much more comfortable after his skillful work . I have and do recommend Dr Simon for your dental needs. You absolutely will not be disappointed.

Dr. Simon is a excellent dentist. He clearly explains what he is checking, what he finds, and the course of action on what he has found. He keeps his practice up to date with latest dental technology and processes. The office assistants and hygienists are also provide the same excellent service as Dr. Simon a reflection of his competency, personal disposition, and having a well run office. I highly recommend having Dr. Simon as your dentist, and, without hesitation, recommend him to people who ask me about finding a dentist.

Dr. Simon, as well as his entire staff go above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, appreciated and most importantly they calm my nerves. I’m a nervous dental patient and they take the time to listen, validate and do what is necessary to calm me. In addition the work they do is exceptional and billing/insurance is seamless.

Dr Simon is simply OUTSTANDING. He is extremely professional. Michael seems very organized with great attention to detail. He has a soft hand when it comes to your mouth. My experience with Michael Simon is excellent. He performed a thorough review of all my teeth. Not all dentists do this. My teeth were then cleaned with the softest hands - I did not feel a thing, while I usually suffer from sensititive gums. Everything was as it should be. Perfect.

We've just moved to the area from NYC and I had my first visit with Dr Simon recently. I would have to say that Dr Simon and his staff are extremely professional, friendly and experienced as one would expect. What was unexpected was the level of detail and regimen that Dr Simon et al brought to the examination and his/their overall approach. I've candidly never had as detailed and precise an examination (literally tooth by tooth and millimeter by millimeter!) as he inventoried what had become of my teeth over my 60 years. He also did an exceptional job explaining and illustrating (literally with excellent technology and tools) what is going on and what will likely have to be the treatments/regimen on a go-forward basis. I second that which I've read in other reviews that this practice is the best in the business and that people who previously had anxiety about visiting the dentist found their qualms were totally assuaged and they enjoyed the most excellent treatment. Dr Simon has a rare multiplicity of gifts that include thoroughness but also gentleness. This is a star-assembly of , and everyone has the patient's best interests at heart. Roberta and Shon in their posts at reception are warm, empathetic and fastidious in doing their utmost to serve the patient. The dental hygienists and the nurses are likewise angelic. May every patient seeking dental treatment be blessed to be a patient of Dr. Simon.

You know those dentists that advertise their practices with mailings and print ads? I have experienced a couple of those. Dr. Simon is an artisanal dentist who spends his budget on his staff, equipment, and awesome location.

Update 1/25/22: My Fiancee and I recently saw Dr. Simon and his wonderful staff. What I appreciate most is that they make me feel comfortable and at ease. With Dr. Simon's expert care and warm bedside (chairside?) manner, I am happy to report I am a recovering anti-dentite! I had to get two cavities filled and Dr. Simon and his team made me feel calm and reassured that I was in good hands. The attention to detail -- from putting chapstick on my dry lips to wiping every droplet of drool within 1 second -- really shows how this office goes above and beyond. Also, one of the cavities was actually a food trap that was super annoying to live with. Past dentists had remarked that I had a food trap but never offered to fix it. Thanks, Dr. Simon! On the first Monday of 2022 Dr. Simon was kind enough to see me even though his office wasn’t officially open until the next day. Rock solid dentist. Professional. Thorough.

I recently went back in for a routine dental checkup in Nov 2021. I let the office know that I had another doc appointment afterwards to run to. They were so kind and really expedited my visit. Lisa, my hygienist, literally dragged Dr. Simon in to complete my oral exam. As usual he gave me a thorough and detailed checkup/update. Next Lisa proceeded to complete the cleaning and get me out of there on time. Roberta, at the front desk streamlined my exit at the end of the visit. All in all, a great visit! It is a great office! I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable dental experts who genuinely care! No one enjoys going to the dentist, but Dr. Simon makes the experience bearable. He prepped me for a crown and I had a minimum of discomfort during the procedure. The office staff is courteous and welcoming. I am happy to recommend Dr. Simon to anyone seeking high level dental care.

I waited for years to get a bad crown fixed because I was petrified that it might get even more messed up. After working with Dr. Simon, I'm mad at myself that I didn't do it sooner! It looks great and I can't stop smiling. Amazing group of people -- kind, talented, and very reassuring.

I had a few fillings done today by Dr Simon... absolutely amazing. He not only is very gentle, thorough and explained everything quickly but in detail, but I didn’t even feel the needle AT ALL when he got be numb. I am an established patient with Dr. Simon, but still after a holiday weekend, he had a very busy schedule. Nonetheless, he made time to see me on an emergency basis to diagnose and treat a new aching tooth. He did a thorough exam but determined there was no reason to worry, and sent me on my way without charging me. I was worried that I had wasted his time but he preferred that I "raise my hand" with a concern instead of letting a potential problem fester and become more serious. I was grateful for thorough and profession diagnosis. Dr. Simon lives and works by the principle of "Do it right the first time." I highly recommend Dr. Simon for future patients.

Dr. Simon and his staff are fantastic. Yesterday the doc did a filling in a very tight spot. He took his time and patiently kept at it until he could be sure that the filling was proper and completely sealed. His assistant was equally great. She was making sure that I was as comfortable as possible and kept checking throughout the procedure as to how I was doing. Dr. Simon and his staff are extremely professional and thorough. Dr. Simon's care philosophy is demonstrated every step of the way, as he shows all of the exam results (gum recession, X-rays, photos, etc.) to the patient and explains the findings. If he recommends dental-related care beyond his expertise, he refers the patient to highly-trusted colleagues. Estimates of cost of care are given, so that there are no surprises.

I switched dentists about 4 years ago and have been very satisfied with Dr. Simon and his staff. I was in a bit of a bind in the spring and Dr. Simon opened the office just for me a day before the Offices official COVID re-opening. He personally did my routine cleaning!
