From the moment you walk in you are treated with great service, respect and understanding. Dr. Simon is very knowledgeable, to the point, understanding and very compassionate. I've been seeing Dr. Simon for over 4 years now and never, ever a bad experience ever with him or his staff. He and his staff have gone above the call of duty every time I have needed anything from them. They are very accommodating and kind. All very professional and efficient. I highly recommend him, he never disappoints!

Dr. Simon has been my husband’s doctor for several years. He is one of the most rude people I have ever encountered considering he is suppose to support those that are ill. He is condescending and short in his delivery. A misogynist. He may be fine for men but he is awful otherwise. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for Dr. Simon and his staff. I had a terrible kidney stone and after effects in hospital, and a nurse suggested I go to Dr Michael Simon. They made a way for me to get in right away, and Dr. Simon was so caring, and so thorough I feel very comfortable with his care. He is following through to make sure all will be ok. I have been a patient of Dr. Simon for several years and I have nothing but the highest respect and praise for him and his entire staff. They are true professionals. I recently needed a procedure performed and was concerned, due to a painfully bad experience with a different Urologist in Miami, 14 years ago, when having that same procedure performed. Doctor Simon is an amazing doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. took the time to explain to me in detail about my procedure and was always on top of everything that was happening. Went above and beyond caring for me when I was admitted to Memorial hospital even during a long weekend. He made sure all specialists were on board with my discharge instructions and constantly attended to my questions and concerns. He is awesome. His staff and billing department. are extremely knowledgeable and very sweet and patient. I was not very easy through my tests and the were patient and explained everything to me... even put bird sounds and nature for me to relax! And Dr Simon, he’s great doctor and explained everything to me on a detailed manner and was never on a rush like the majority of doctors that just want you out quickly to jump to the next patient. I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Simon. I find him to be knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. I am not on pain meds so I don't have experience with this but I know that doctors are getting more and more hesitant to prescribe.

I question the lack of patient care and compassion- I missed my appointment and my medicine refill was denied by Dr. Simon (or his staff). I'm in terrible pain trying to get an appointment with another doctor.

CLEARLY THE WORST BED SIDE MANNER EVER!! EVEN THE NURSES AT HOSPITAL SAID IT. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PAIN HIS PATIENT IS IN. HE LEFT A STENT INSIDE OF ME FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS. WAS AWARE OF THE PAIN I WAS IN BUT THE ONLY THING IMPORTANT TO HIM AND HIS STAFF WAS THAT THE INSURANCE WOULD COVER THE PROCEDURE. KEPT CANCELLING MY PROCEDURES EVEN THOUGH THE INSURANCE ASSURED PAYMENT WOULD BE MADE. THE STAFF NEEDS RETRAINING. THEY FORGET THE #1 REASON (THE PATIENT)

The office staff is so rude and unprofessional I would never refer anyone to see this doctor. Their concern is only for getting paid by the patient's insurance, not the patient's health or wellbeing.

I had kidney stones and was in a tremendous amount of pain. Dr. Simon's treatment plan for me was accurate and effective. I ended up having the stones broken up and a stint put in to pass the them. I was in unbelievable pain from the stint and called the office several times, Dr. Simon was not on call when I phoned but his partner promptly returned my calls and eased my concerns. I found Dr. Simon to be very skilled, competent and professional.

I would not recommend. The staff lost my urine sample then the Doctor said their must be a mistake they have it. Who can you believe. A really crazy experience for a medical office.
