We went into get some new glasses my husband glasses were broken one lady that was there was ruder then anyone i have encountered.I will not return for any service from them after the way we were treated

Whole place is malodorous like mildew and old house. Worst eye Dr and staff ever. VERY unfriendly. I swear the doctor and his eye assistant don't even have souls. Eye Assistant was incredibly rude. Dr. Had NO personality, warmth, anything. Super stingy with contact lenses too. FYI also... Contact lens Rx if only for 1 year, not 2, so if you think your saving money.. Keep that in mind. They clearly don't CARE about people. Despite all this, the receptionist was very warm, friendly, and cheerful. How she stays that way amidst these souless beings is amazing!! Bless her!! Great Staff and friendly. Little wait time and helpful.

Adjuster was in a hurry to go to lunch and missed getting my bifocal line in the right place. Had to take back in for a second set of lenses because I couldn't see out of the first set. Paid for Crizal lenses (higher price). The lenses I have now smudge, fog, fingerprints, and collect dust. Even scratched the first week. Don't believe they are Crizal.
