Never answers, receptionist is always rude, weird business hours. Worst thing was the attitude you get when you call.

What's a good contact number for his office? I used to get my braces done here and I loved him...I'm 21 now and trying to get in contact for a new retainer!

I wish I could give them zero stars. The girl answered the phone l said hi l have a couple of questions. Her response was very rude like how dare you call a place of business to ask a question. So l waited for her to correctly answer me and she did. Just move in town my children have braces but no one will continue their treatment but how much would it cost to remove their braces and start over? Called to ask about braces services and he told me that my insurance would not cover me because I’m past 18 even though I personally got told by the insurance agents that they would go ahead and cover me since it’s for a medical purposes. And he still refused and simply said “No” that I could not get treatment because I was not going to get accepted. I told him I had a referral from my dentist to go to him for braces but he kept saying no and not letting me explain that the pain in my teeth is why I need braces. But I’m sure he would still have said no. He is the BEST and he makes sure he take care of all his patients!

I've not been here in awhile but when I was here he was excellent his assistant was very nice and he did a great job on me and years later on my daughter. Sweetest guy and honest. Unlike most Orthodontists he will tell you if all the child's baby teeth are not gone he will not put braces on. Some dentists put the braces on the baby teeth knowing they will come out soon. Takes more time more visits more money. My daughter teeth are perfect. Do not recommend, did not take my son as a patient with Medicaid because he did not have enough points on their grading system to get much need braces. He recommended him to an oral surgeon and contradicted himself as to whether orthotics was needed. He got paid for the consultation and office visit and then wanted to be done. I am glad I got a second opinion and got a in my opinion professional orthodontist. He is now getting the care refused by Dr. Shultz because Medicaid would not pay. They probably will not show this review as to my opinion.

The office never answer the phone or the lines are always busy! You get what you pay for
