Shultz prescribed me an Elidel cream, which caused several medically induced illnesses over time. It crippled my hands causing it to go into my bloodstream and cause a blood disorder. I have been suffering every since. He was accepting kickbacks from the manufacturing company and, I was unaware that the medicine he prescribed me wasn't even FDA approved. I tried to get my medical records but, they claimed that my records were destroyed. One of the medical staff tried to argue me down about my medical records. The one female doctor didn't want to send my referral back to the Cancer center, because she said the medicine has lawsuits. I was just trying to figure out what all illnesses this medicine medically induced me to have. I found a Cancer doctor to help me in another place that's when I found out about my mutated blood disorder. The steroid cream Elidel he prescribed for my hands went into my bloodstream and messing up my endocrine system. I have evidence that he prescribed it to me. He thinks just because he got rid of my records in his office that, I wasn't smart enough to dig and find records on my own. I got my pharmacy printout showing he prescribed it to me and, how he overcharged the medical billing company. Can you say, fraud! They even were taking unnecessary blood samples for labs and charging for STD testing for no reason. Same thing Dr. Canby and her crew went down for. Shameful!! I come with receipts!!

I think he is wonderful I know it takes care of me as if I were family

I absolutely love the doctors and staff. They are always very helpful and pleasant to be around. My daughter and I have been going here for years and now my fiance does too. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This used to be my doctor as a child it’s unfortunate that I had to give one star I wish there were zero stars. He used to be a good doctor. But trying to get my mom into see someone post stroke and post heart surgery and she’s being denied because she’s on hydrocodone PRN which is stupid because she’s in a nursing home and the medicine is regulated so there’s no chance for opioid misuse. Good to know that my mom can just sit in the home and rot because someone’s afraid to deal with someone who is taking opioids. Were giving an appointment arrived before schedule time. No one acknowledged that I was the only person to sign the appointment roster, however 11 walkin were seen ahead of myself by the Doctor. I decided to leave and reschedule after an hour or so of waiting. I was told by the office staff next time come in at 8:30am instead of my scheduled appointment time. Why schedule me if I have to come in 3 hours earlier, why not inform me of this from the beginning. Would have given 1 star but the Doctors are pretty cool so its a 3 star.
