Dr. Shaffer promptly diagnosed an issue and worked directly with the imaging group to make sure i got in ASAP, not two weeks later when they had an available time slot. It turned out his diagnosis was confirmed with the CT Scan and a problem that would have gotten much worse over 2 weeks was caught and resolved quickly. He is great at communicating and it is apparent he is listening to what you are saying. Not in a rush, and ready to have a conversation.

This doc use to practice in Douglas county Georgia My baby was showing signs of distress and heart rate dropped really low. Instead of performing a C-section He continued to perform a vaginal birth. My baby girl was not breathing. Resulting in permanent brain damage for the rest of her life. He was very arrogant

I really like Dr. Schaffer, he took his time with me and actually listened. He even personally called me back to give me my test results. I recommend him to anyone. He is now my sons doctor too.
