Dr. Michael M Seto

Dr. Seto performed Bodytite and liposuction on my inner and outer thighs, coupled with a Bracchioplasty and liposuction on my upper arms. The procedures cost almost $9k, which is a significant amount of money. Unfortunately, these procedures left me with many scars, loose skin and no positive change in my physical appearance. Overall, this has been one of the worst decisions of my life. I would NOT recommend Dr. Seto to anyone! He is more interested in making money than helping people. I was fortunate enough to secure a 50% refund from the doctor”s office that he was working out of, but the money is a drop in the bucket compared to the cost it will take to repair the damages. These procedures have been life-altering; mentally, emotionally and financially. I am sharing my story to hopefully help anyone considering these procedures. First and foremost, make sure you find a qualified plastic surgeon. Read reviews about their work specifically and make sure to before/after pictures of their work are available. If the surgeon does not have any before/after pictures of their work, it is a RED flag!!! Don’t be fooled by the fact that the surgeon is working at a reputable doctor’s office. This is how I was fooled. The office Dr. Seto was working at was highly reputable, so I automatically trusted he was legit. This was a horrific mistake. He only lasted 6 months at that doctor’s office, but the damage to my body will last a lifetime. Please do your research before finalizing your plastic surgeon decision. Don’t make the same mistakes that I did.

I would like to say a special Thank You to Dr. Seto. He is very professional and takes pride in his work. He is a true perfectionist at what he does. after my surgery he guided me step by step so I could heal properly. I will be using him for all my future procedures. Janette Harrison

My husband has had multiple skin lesions on face and body removed as well as a trigger finger release. I have had a full abdominoplasty that resulted in a wonderful life changing look and too have had lesions removed on my shoulder. He is not only very talented, METICULOUS in either minor or major procedures with a rare kind bedside manner you know he truly cares about you as a patient. We miss him terribly here in Phoenix, AZ.

I had Dr. Seto remove a melanoma on my upper left arm while he was in Sun City West, AZ. He was excellent! He was the perfect Dr. For me. He removed 2 when expecting to only excise one. So thorough and caring. I can't rave over him enough. I miss him and will be forever grateful for his skill! ??
