Horrible service, very rude receptionist.l!!!My grandfather went to his appointment and the receptionist was very rude to him. The lady asked my grandfather for his vaccination card online even though he had a hard copy of it. She denied access to his appointment.

Dr.Scott took good care of my father UTI. He use to get it every week. Now my father doesn’t have uti for about two years now

He needs to fire who ever answering the phone rude and unprofessional,

Doctor Michael Scott, saved my life. Cancer was eating away at my body and I didn't even know that I had Prostate cancer. Dr. Scott, Suspected that I had Prostate cancer based on my symptoms, and developed an assessment plan immediately. I was referred for blood tests, scans and a biopsy, and his educated guess was totally correct. When all the tests results were in they confirmed his suspension, I had stage II Prostate cancer. He wasted no time developing a treatment plan immediately and put together an Gold standard treatment team. He listen to my concerns, fears and reassured me with his care, concern and supportive bedside manor. He has a wealth of information regarding proper diet and exercise while undergoing treatment. Moreover, how to cope with the symptoms and emotional rollercoaster one may experience because of a cancer diagnosis and the fatigue associated with the treatments for the individual patient, the stressor on the caregiver and the patient family. He stated it is possible to be Cancer free in 9 months to a year. And my last lab work was all positive and I'm in full remission. Dr. Scott is a blessing and a lifesaver...me and my family can't thank him and his staff enough for all their hardwork and professionalism. From the Simpson family, we would recommend Dr. Scott to family, friends and aquantences for health care. Thank you is to small of an expression to express my gratitude to Dr. Scott for the future I now will have with my family, especially with my wife, children and grandchildren. Great staff unpleased with the Doctor had to get a second opinion for my moms diagnosis I'm glad we did that

We had an appointment at 1.30pm. Dr Scott wasn't there. We waited for him for more than one hour. Dr Michael Scott saw my father at 2.46pm. I consider a lack of respect with the patients were waiting there for long time. The receptionist said Dr. Scott knows you are here but is taking his lunch and after that he always stops by the hospital to see if there are patients needing him. How is possible he is looking to take care of other patients when he's already many patients waiting for him for long time? This behavior is dissappointed and non professional. I've been there before but, I've never been seen by Michael. I've been seen by Donna Scott, I think the staff and quality of service is great.the doctor answers questions her patient's ask her or she tells them what they need to know.she doesn't sugar coat anything.

We've been in the hospital since Wednesday in an emergency for pain, it's almost a week. Dr Scott got the results days ago. Chooses not to come in and explain what the results are.
