I am writing this view a little more than a year since I had a breast augmentation (and axillary/armpit fat liposuction) done by Dr. Schwartz, and I truly don't think there is any way for me to convey how INCREDIBLE the entire experience was from beginning to end. I am almost sad that the procedure is done and over with, because Dr. Schwartz and his entire staff made the experience so wonderful that I looked forward to and loved every single appointment. I went to many other consultations from Santa Barbara to Beverly Hills, and each appointment left me feeling underwhelmed, or even thinking that maybe I was making the wrong decision by wanting to have a BA done. Most other offices made it clear that I would just be another number on their roster for surgery day. But, Dr. Schwartz couldn't have been more different. From day 1, it was like I was becoming part of the Schwartz Aesthetic Institute family. Dr. Schwartz really took his time getting to know me, my lifestyle, and what I was looking for out of my BA in order to ensure that I got the results I wanted. Not only did I have the opportunity to try numerous shapes and sizes of implants, but once I settled on what I liked, they even used special software and cameras to show me what the results would actually look like on my body! The post-op follow-up care was just as supportive and incredible as the care I received pre-op, and I have even started going to their Spa for laser hair removal. There may be a bit of a wait sometimes when it comes to trying to get on Dr. Schwartz's busy schedule, but I wouldn't go to anyone else. I had a good feeling going in to the procedure that I would love the results, but they turned out to be beyond my wildest dreams!

Dr. Schwartz and his staff are amazing! They are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve had the worst lip injections for years. No one could repair the damage that had been done by so many injectors that didn’t know what they were doing or what product to use for my lips. They had a previous infection and created channels above and below my lips and the filler would always migrate into those areas. Well, no more! Thanks to Erin! I needed to find a doctor to fix a botched breast implant surgery I had done 3 years ago. They were uneven, too large for my small frame, I had bad scars and they were very uncomfortable as I am very active. It will be one year in March since I've had my breast lift with reduction and mini tummy tuck with Dr. Schwartz and I'm still amazed with my results! Dr. Schwartz and his staff were amazing to me. I had a bad breast situation. He did a revision on a breast lift as well as fat grafting. Wrong phone numbers listed, wrong people answering questions from remote locations, no apologies, no explanations - amateurs! There is an incompetent named "APRIL" at the front door that uses more expletive terms than actual words to "so unfortunately due to the things that are happening in the world so unfortunately because of the things ...." - incoherent, incomprehensible, illiterate. You can't get an appointment because the simpletons with 3rd grade English skills can't find the book, don't know the procedures, can't identify medical necessity, don't know the new protocols, can't, won't, never did...it goes on. It's too bad because this area needs good surgeons - long way to go before Westlake becomes a contender in the area of plastic surgery and aesthetics.

I actually found Dr Schwartz online by researching reviews like mine, so i know how powerful my review can be for someone who is searching for the right Doctor. After reading all of the experiance and watching his videos on his website my gut told me that he would be the one! When I went in got my first consult I just knew! Dr Schwartz and the women who work in his office are really professional and have their system down pact! They gave me a packet for before and one for after which itemized most things to expect through out each phase before and after. I knew that I wanted the natural shape before I went to him, (which he actually teaches other Sergeons how to do) and tho I put almost 400 cc I swear nobody has even asked me if I got them done because since day 1 unless you knew how flat chested before. I had no bruising at all since right after surgery which was amazing! I loved that I didn’t have to smash them down with a sports bra right after surgery, which is what traditional sergeons recommend.. I was concerned about incisions because I keyloid sometimes but my scars are flat and I’m confident that they will disappear! I could not be more impressed with a business. This was the best experience I could have ever had way beyond my expectations. The staff was so friendly, and personable. I have known for a long time that I wanted a lower face and neck lift. I took my time, researched many many physicians. Carefully read about his credentials, years in practice, his medical team, and his reviews. There was not a doubt that I had found my surgeon. Dr. Schwartz Office is very professional and clean with a nice comfortable ambiance. They protect your privacy as a patient too. Their pricing is competitive and their work is detailed when it comes to Botox and Fillers. He does beautiful breast augmentations as well. I have a handful of friends that use his services.
