Dr. Michael T Sanford

Dr Sanford and the nursing staff have been very accommodating. Being new in town not knowing how it works in your state is very overwhelming. The nurses and staff took all my phone requests and passed them along quickly. I will say that just moving here from out of state I had no idea how incredibly impossible to get help for chronic pain. I knew it might be a little bit of a problem. Finally after 6 weeks of trying to get a pain Dr, I found one. But, finally getting to see him it was another 2 weeks. Then seeing him I had to wait another 2 weeks to get any relief. I guess rules are different everywhere. After seeing Dr Kopp he told me that Dr Sanford could write me a few pain meds until that 2nd visit. He said it won’t cause any problems. Dr Sanford refused to do it. So I’m about 6 weeks out with no pain relief. I haven’t had any relief forever! I worked so hard to get up and moving. Now I’m right back to square one. I only wish these Drs could only understand when someone is in pain. I can’t help but think if Drs could just feel what, we, in pain endurance hourly, jumping they hopes would not exist. I have documentation from several Drs that I am not faking it just for the “high” pain is pain. How hard it hurts is up to each individual and should be treated us such.

I was very pleased with the doctor. He was very knowledgeable with my treatment plan. I will enjoy seeing him again. Waiting on referrals is a problem it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received appointment

Dr Sanford and his staff were very pleasant and helpful. I don't like going to the Dr because many times the staff can makes you feel your wasting their time or bothering them and the physicians causes you to feel they dont have time for you. This is NOT the case here. Dr Sangord puts me at ease and I feel comfortable sharing my issues. He takes his time going over your concerns and shows interest in your well being. He always greets you with a smile. Thank you and and your staff for taking such good care of me and treating me like I'm important. I will recommend his services.

Very through and friendly.

Everything was good no complaints

As soon as I got there, they called me in. And, Dr. Sanford, LISTENS to my problems with both ears , not one. I love Dr. Sanford. He tells it like it is.

Dr. Sanford is always helpful, especially with the Heart issues I have had.

I have had no problems with Dr Sanford. He does his best to help you solve any medical problem.

Dr. Michael Stanford is a genuine guy. He's concerned, caring and is interested in your health. He's an excellent Physician and a great human being. I highly recommend him as a Primary Care Physician.

I’ve been going to Dr Sandford for years and he has always been wonderful! My mom sees him and when my kids move to out of their pediatrician they will see him too! I trust him with my life! He has a heart for God and is very kind. He always listens and hears me the latter part is always important! He truly wants the best for me and my family and will let me know if something is not for me. He is very smart and always explains things in a way that I can understand. His staff has always been very kind, friendly and helpful. One time there was a mix up and he wasn’t receiving my messages. He immediately contacted me and got the specifics, found where the miscommunication occurred and made sure it would never happen again. I could give many examples for how great Dr Sandford is including the time he saved my moms life! But there’s not enough space. I highly recommend him. He is an excellent Doctor!!!

Always caring, listens, gives solutions to problems that don't always require medications. Really cares about your health.

Dt. Sandford is awesome. He is kind and listens to your needs then gives you a solution. He goes out of his way to help you. He is a great doctor and an Honorable man.

I absolutely LOVE Dr.Sanford!! He's been my doctor for 16yrs. I won't see anyone else!!

Dr. Sanford is very detailed and spent along time going over my issue and medications with me to help come up with a plan of treatment. He doesn't rush and is very kind and understanding. I definitely recommend him to others looking for a primary care physician.

After a change in insurance, my previous PCP was no longer in network. I found Dr Sanford thru my insurance directory. I feel blessed to have found him. He listens, he cares, and he explains everything in regular English. Not only is he wonderful, but his office is located in the same building with an Urgent Care. So if I cannot wait a day or two for an appointment with Dr Sanford, I can see Dr Hurley on the other side of the office. If needed, Dr Hurley can consult with Dr Sanford, plus has immediate access to all my health records. Let me not forget to mention the front desk staff. These ladies are always helpful anrd friendly. Dr Sanford is going to be an awesome primary care doctor for me AND he is the very FIRST doctor that showed an interest in this HUGE knot that I have sticking out of my chest, AND I DIDN'T GO IN THERE FOR THAT as I've seen 8 other different physicians for this problem. I had to go see Dr Sanford because my previous Dr showed very LITTLE interest in helping me fix this knot that's causing me HORRIBLE kidney stone EQUIVALENT excruciating pain on a DAILY BASIS!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Thank you for taking over my primary care needs I AM SO GRATEFUL to you. And I MUST include the nurse practitioner that works in the same building David Hurley RNP because he got me into see a surgeon about the problem I mentioned above THE VERY NEXT MORNING that is so AWESOME! I would HIGHLY recommend Robertsdale Immediate Care and Family Practice ALL WEEK LONG AND 50 TIMES ON SUNDAY!!! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH for taking care of me, I am TRULY GRATEFUL BEYOND WORDS!!!! I've had Dr. Sanford as a PCP for a little over 5 years now. He is an amazing doctor, very knowledgeable and actually listens to patients.

Dr Sanford is wonderful. But I was supposed to be scheduled for an MRI and was told to call his office in a week if I have not heard from scheduling. It has been 4 Weeks and still no MRI scheduled
