My husband & I met Dr.Ruben during a cardiology emergency and we were so pleased with his knowledge, bedside manner, his skills & his patients with us. He is thorough, thoughtful & an excellent diagnostician. He does test that are necessary & had RESPECT for our health insurance lemitations. We are planning to continue our heart care needs with Dr. Ruben because he has proven to be a an excellent physician and his office staff are reliable & dependable & friendly.
I lost my heart doctor that I had for 17 years. My insurance co. referred me to another group. I kept telling them I had a blockage. I went to see Dr. Rubin he found the blockage and I am fine. Dr. Rubin is a caring doctor and I would highly recommend Dr. Rubin. Thank You B.J. Gullett
