Top-notch eye care specialist! Knowledgeable, professional and comprehensive. Staff is friendly and works for the patient. Grateful that I found an eye Doctor and office that is highly qualified and helpful.

Regular yearly exam. Dr. Ringel is excellent. Trust him with my eyes.

I am not satisfied with the glasses I purchased or the way I was pushed through the process and pressured to make a purchase while my eyes were dilated .

I always get a thorough eye exam and feel I understand the changes in my eyes. The staff is courteous and efficient.

Everyone was very nice and helpful from the initial phone call to the end of the appointment. I felt like the Dr was very nice and did a very complete exam. I will definitely be back and will be switching my family.

I have been a patient of Dr Ringel's for sometime now and he and his staff is as awesome today as they were my first visit. They make you feel like family and when you are there it is like you are the only one there. Dr Ringel acknowledges you in the waiting room and he always give a thorough exam. Dr Ringel is out of network on my insurance but I still come and see him because he is an amazing doctor. I hadn't had an eye exam in over 20 years and was having unusual vision problems. Even though I was a new patient, I was quickly scheduled for an in-depth eye exam. Staff was very courteous and friendly, and Dr Ringel was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain his diagnosis and offered various treatment options. The kind of service you would expect from all medical providers, but seldom get these days. If you want excellent care for your eyes and a doctor who cares about you and the community look no further. It's been about 15 years since my eye sight began to fail. First for farsightedness and later for near-sightedness, yes getting older sucks, but Dr. Ringel has helped me every step of the way. He takes the time to understand your situation and vision requirements. My wife also sees Dr. Ringel for contacts, as well as glasses. She has had vision problems from an early age and has been very happy with the care provided by Dr. Ringel and his staff. From advice on contacts, to post LASIK care everything has been top notch. We never feel pressured to buy something. All recommendations are given with pros and cons and when available, multiple choices. I highly recommend Dr. Ringel for your eye care needs. I could not ask for better care as I have glaucoma in my family history..Dr Ringel keeps a very close eye on me which I'm thankful for as it can lead to blindness. Dr. Ringel gives an excellent eye exam, I always feel like my eyes are in good hands, and if there are any problems he would spot it immediately, he is very thorough. The girls at the front desk are so nice and friendly and so helpful, they make you feel right at home.

If you are looking for a new Eye Dr., I highly recommend Dr. Mike Ringel. He is very thorough in his exam, explains everything about any issues you may have, and truly cares about his patients. All of his assistants are friendly and very helpful in choosing just the right frames for you.

Dr. Ringel always does a very thorough exam, both to determine your prescription but also for eye health. He's always on schedule for your appointment time and you never feel rushed. I had a sports injury of my right eye and I trusted him with my care/recovery and he did an excellent job. Called him from the ER at 10pm and he walked the ER doctors through the right course/meds, etc. He's very meticulous. I actually switched to him from an ophthalmologist and I am much happier with the level of care and individual treatment. Would definitely recommend! The front desk staff are extremely friendly and polite, and quite knowledgeable about insurance. I am out of network for this office, but they helped explain how to fill out the form to send to my insurance company to get refimbursed. And they took 10% off my bill for paying by check! Dr. Ringel is also an excellent optometrist. If you hate the puff-of-air test like I do, never fear! He uses the latest technology to do the same test, and the results are actually more accurate. He’s very kind and friendly, and will answer any questions you have. He even helped me pick out new frames! I feel a lot more confident in my prescription as well, and overall just with the sort of care I will receive in the future. I took the risk of going to a new doctor in 1995 when Dr. Ringel opened his office in Harrison and it was without a doubt, a very good decision. He is the most thorough O.D. I have ever gone to. I trust him completely with my eye care. This is an outstanding medical practice and the office is meticulously clean and bright and his staff are always welcoming and pleasant. He has an excellent way of explaining the summary of my visits and the reasons for any recommendation of treatment he may give. Just had my annual exam with Dr. Ringel, and it was a great experience like always! Dr. Ringel's and his staff are always very helpful and thorough. They also helped me pick out some great, stylish frames that i can't wait to get! Ringel Eye Care is the best place to go!

I first started with Dr. Ringel's office by taking my elderly parents and Aunt to his office. Dr. Ringel has provided excellent care for all of them. My Aunt is 101 and Dr. Ringel very quickly recognized and got her set up for the help she needed when her macular degeneration went from dry to wet. I personally now go there and would highly recommend him to anyone. I appreciate that he does the exam as well as takes notes during the exam concerning your vision. I believe he really cares about his patients and does not make you feel like he is in a hurry. The staff at Ringel Eye Care are great as well.
