Dr. Michael J Rinaldi

We were seen very briefly! As new patients, the dr did not introduce himself and opted for surgery without asking many questions. He could care less about my son and didn’t interact with him. A few minutes into our appointment, he proceeded to answer a personal call on his cell phone to talk about a property for sale and motioned us to checkout so he could continue his phone call. He never answered the questions I had and needless to say we’ll be finding a new ENT for a second opinion! Would not recommend this practice!

Dr. Rinaldi is such a straight forward caring doctor. His staff, especially Ms. Shannon made great efforts to get me and seen in a quick manner. Ms. Audrey made me feel welcome. I am very impressed with the whole staff. Thank you for helping me!

The best ENT doctor in the area! I am very satisfied and impressed with this doctor. He was very attentive and informative to my problem and explained everything clearly with no BS. This doctor knows how to treat his patients well. I had some VA red tape issues and Dr Rinaldi cut right through that and resolved the problem! My surgery had a successful outcome and I had zero pain thereafter. I highly recommend Dr Rinaldi for anyone searching for the best ENT Doc in the entire FL Panhandle! Caring and knows what is needed

The good Dr. Took great care of my wife. I will always be grateful for his skill and kindness.

My appointment was as usual, on time. Doc spent time answering my questions and giving me what is needed to clear up the infection of my nasal cavity that is caused by the nightly oxygen use. I really like the doc n his staff.

Dr Rinaldi and his staff are both wonderful. They do everything they can to help you. It doesn’t matter what or how long it takes. They are there for you.

He's a very good man and a very hard worker. Great bedside manners and makes you feel comfortable and if you have a major problem like me that's out of his scope of practice he will refer you to someone who is able to do that kind of surgery.

Horrible doctor, to say the least. His office is a disaster and disgusting. He took me in his office, looked at my CT scan and ordered surgery. Didn't even look at me. Post surgery, got infected ajd decided it best to find services elsewhere. Dr Boole is fantastic and will be fixing what Rinaldi didn't do. Steer clear!

Super long wait time. It has taken us 3 hours for a scheduled surgery just to get back and the worst part of it all would be the receptionist at the office is just incredibly snide and rude.

He did surgery on me, in IA, before his return to FL. I am happy to report to him I can still hear well in that ear. I would like him to contact me.

Dr. Rinaldi is an exceptional doctor. I had severe ear lobe pain for over 2 months and previously went to see a dermatology doctor 4 different times with no resolve. I telephone Dr. Rinaldi's office for an appointment and the receptionist was very nice and she set me up for an appointment to come in to have my ear lobe looked at. I arrived about 15 minutes ahead of time for my scheduled appointment. I only had to wait 5 minutes before the doctor called me back to his office. He examined my ear lobe and told me I needed surgery to correct the pain problem I was having. He did the surgery about a week after that and it was very successful, I have no more pain now. I walked in and was helped right away. The lady at the front desk was kind and got me into a room to fill out my paperwork right away so I didn’t even have to sit down in the waiting room. The office was clean and I felt comfortable. Dr. Rinaldi was very nice. I did wait a while after my actual appointment time but after talking to Dr. Rinaldi and him spending so much time explaining things to me I can see why. He wants to make sure his patients know everything they need to know before he goes on to the next patient. So that meant a lot to me that he took his time. Was refured to by bace and was told my mothers throat was fine, we go back to bace and fine cancer, you be the judge, "tricare is worse then those of welfare patients"

Friendly staff, doc was friendly, not much more to say A little confused on location as the office was tucked away.

Dr Rinaldi was great with my 5yr old. Got seen a little late but he was very professional and compassionate. He also explained what he was doing throughout and the situation very clearly.

I was referred by my primary care doctor for an ear infection and couldn't say enough about this wonderful, caring practice. The sweet lady at the desk was so patient with me (the infection had affected my hearing), check-in was a breeze, and I was soon seated in the exam room where Dr. Rinaldi's personable, kind and sympathetic PA Melissa saw me in short order. The problem was identified and immediately addressed. On my return, Dr. Rinaldi saw me personally and discussed my situation. He was patient, friendly, and explained carefully what I needed to do next. The office may be a little worn but not at all "dirty," and the pictures on the walls may be a bit dated, but I was not going for the interior décor, I was there to have my ears checked, and they were checked and my problem was addressed professionally and with utmost care. Do Not Use This Doctor He Is A Crook And Liar I advice everybody to please find another doctor if you have to have any type of surgery. And if anybody has used him for surgery especially thyroid surgery go right away to another doctor to see if your thyroid has truly been worked on or removed. Dr. Rinaldi is a botch doctor. He will lead you to believe he has done your surgery and years later you find out he did not. I had what was suppose to be a total thyroidectomy 06/01/2005 I was put on the meds as if I did not have a thyroid he also put on my paperwork that he did a total thyroidectomy and I had complications throughout the years but did not know why. Well I started having breathing problems all through 2018 it got worst in July well August 3 2018 I was placed in the hospital for what we thought was a severe asthma attack I was placed on breathing treatments. Sept 2018 I had several test done because my breathing did not improve and my neck was swelling. I was sent to an ent where he found goiters in my thyroid bed but found that hard to understand especially with me saying I did not have a thyroid. I than was sent to a thyroid doctor that did 2 MRI's and 3 ultrasounds cause he said he seem thyroid lots of it. I was than sent to a surgeon that seen not only did I have thyroid but I also have excessive staples and clips in my thyroid. I seem him Oct-17-2018 I was given a surgery date of Oct-24-2018 where he removed all of the thyroid and clips and staples. I spoke to Dr. Rinaldi today he told me there is no way the staples and clips could have made me sick because they were titanium and that it was impossible for me to have a asthmatic reaction to them. He also stated that my surgery was covered under we care and I can't sue him cause he did my surgery free and he probably left a nudge of thyroid than came back and said no the pathologist report says he removed the total thyroid. He said do what you got to do cause you didn't die. Even though the surgery was covered under we care that does not give you the right to fraudulently say you did the surgery when you did not. I have pictures from the surgery 10/24/2018 and everything to prove that you frauded me and the we care program. So people be warned he is a crook, liar and heartless person. God Don't Like Ugly I hope every person that ever dealt with him get checked again and catch it before to late. I received excellent service and the doctor was very thorough and diagnosed me quickly and correctly! He was very professional and kind. The office staff treated me with respect and professionalism. I did wait about 10 minutes to be seen but it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!! I would highly recommend this physician!!!!

Dr Rinaldi is a great ent doctor. But his staff is so rude. His staff really makes him look bad. I really don't think it's all the staff it's a older woman that has a nasty attitude that works in his office. Just rude

I was looking for an ENT to see my daughter asap because she was in need of her adenoids and tonsils removed. Dr. Rinaldi's office was able to get us in very quickly. He was great with my daughter and didn't waste my time with chit chat which I like. The reviews stating that the office is dirty are not accurate in my opinion; it's really more that it's an older building with normal-looking wear and tear. It looked pretty clean at our visit. Staff was not rude and when I called multiple times to ask questions regarding my daughter's surgery, she was very pleasant on the phone and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. Glad I ignored the bad reviews because my daughter is doing well now with no complications. Office staff was rude, but that wasn't what got me.. the office was dirty and disgusting. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while and the even the doctor had dirt under his fingernails when inspecting my child's ear. I would definitely not recommend.

I didn't even get in to see the doctor and my experience thus far was awful. The office staff is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced and due to medical conditions, I've had my share of dealing with rude employees/ health care professionals. I read the reviews here and saw many people mention the lack of professionalism in their reviews.....I ignored it anyways and scheduled an appointment. I heard them say one time, when apparently they had another one in mind. I'm new to the area and when I googled this doctors name, an office in Pensacola popped up. So when I called to confirm the time and address, she rambled off the address without the city and started to hang up. I had to scream "Helloooo! I still have questions!" And then proceeded to ask her what city that address was in. She VERY rudely yelled back at me "CRESTVIEW!!" Well excuse me for making sure that I had the correct location. I'm calling to change my referral to a different doctor and I suggest anyone reading this, do the same. I didn't even get in to see the doctor and my experience thus far was awful.
