Yes, appointment times usually run late, but he does spend time with me. If that is beyond the 10 minutes other doctors use to increase profits, thats okay with me.

It was with Telemed visit and very bad connection. A lot of questions and nothing discussed that I expected to discuss because of the interruptions with the internet. It caused me to be confused and no answers unless I made another appt.. The office wasn't cleaned or sprayed when I was there. No wipes were available when I was there.

I waited a month for my new paitent appointment. I called 3 days before to reconfirm my appointment since no one called me only to find out they canceled my appointment and werent going to call me. She then tried to schedule me another month out. I only go to the Dr when somethings wrong not for a general check up so them resecduling every other month is not ok. One of the best doctors in this little town. No complaints and have going to him over 12 years now. His staff is also the best and friendly.

Easy to talk to.

Every time! I’ve seen Dr Reiner, I had to wait at least 2, 3 hours. One time somebody saw him drive up to the office, At least 7 patients waiting over 2 hours. This doctor has a problem. True story, after waiting 3 hours, I was livid, went to my local store on the way home, the lady said why are you so upset, I explained, she replied Dr Reiner. The only reason this place has a 5 star rating is because they have a clientele they continue to feed narcotics too! I personally know a couple patients who go there and are totally addicted thanks to this pill clinic. It's seriously a place that needs investigation! Especially Dr. Reiner! He pays attention to his patients and listens to everyone he's awesome my uncle has him for his doctor his name is Lee Ellis and he think he's the best wouldn't go anywhere else he's a blessing ????

He took care of me and my multiple sclerosis and my pain when no one else would hes kind gentle and realy does care. No matter how much of his time you take hes still an awesome doctor and I recommend him to every one

Dr.Lentz is amazing she takes the time to listen and understand she very caring and will let you ask anything you want and not rush you. I was very worried about going to this office because of things said about dr. reiner but I am so happy I took a chance. thank you guys for all you do oh and the staff is very nice too love this Dr.

I thought Dr. Michael Reiner MD was awesome. He listened to everything I said andordered tests to be done on the concerned areas. I did the blood work and exrays immediately as I had control over these tests. I waited two months for the MRI to be booked by the office and called today two months after it was ordered to ask where and why have I not gotten a call yet for the MRI. The lady that answered the phone said I couldn’t get a follow up appointment for three weeks. And there was no MRI ordered. After me explaining it was for my neck and shoulder she found the order and transferred me only to get a answering machine. I left my name and number now I wait for the call back again. Meanwhile I am in excruciating pain doing the waiting game. The office staff I feel do not do their job therefore it makes a great Dr. look bad. He is great but Office staff is really bad! Never met Dr Reiner but I am a patient of Mrs. Lentz she is so sweet and amazing!!! Very caring listen doesn't judge and helps with your promblems. She always let'e know her door opened if I need anything haven't found a compassionate Dr in so long. And I feel safe with her like my business not going to go around the office.

Dr Reiner's office located in Pahrump Nv: They forgot to bill my insurance at the time of service, or they did get paid and failed to credit my account. Now years later they expect full payment from me. This is the rudest, the most outdated, unclean and unprofessional Dr Office I have been to in 40+ years. And they do this without offering any other explanation. They simple demand full payment during that phone call, and are now turning me over to a collection agency. that was 3 insurance's ago

I like how Dr. Reiner cares for his patients. He is a great doctor and im glad that he has his business here in pahrump.

This guy "used" to be a Dr in Texas until they revoked his medical license and he is NEVER allowed to practice medicine there again. He has a horrible gambling habit so when I went in for my appointment waited 3 hours!!!! only to find out "He was called out of the office for an emergency", I asked another MA where he was and she told me that he went to a poker tournament in Vegas.........Do yourself a favor and find a REAL Dr who cares about you and not your insurance money.

Open minded and spends time with me to answer questions.

This guy is a joke he forced out a doctor that I was seeing and never bothered to tell any of his patients that it was happening. I show up for my appointment that I had made a month in advance to refill a prescription and waited for hours just to be told that the doctor had decided that he was leaving the office for the day and if I came back tomorrow and waited in the waiting room all day maybe he would show up to get me my prescription. HE STILL CHARGED MY INSURANCE. Do not patronize him.

His MA has a bad habit of letting everybody hear your vitals. When he surprises you with a drug urine test it goes to a lab in Florida. Seems strange to me that I went there for a year and he never did any labs on me at all however he found it necessary to test me for 25 legal and illegal drugs? I did find out by sheer luck about how many tests were done and the results of them but I of course knew what the results would be. I now doctor in Vegas and am treated with more respect there.

They tell you to be here a half hour before your appointment. But they don't take you back over a hour after your appointment or more. There was hardly no seating for the peoplemail there was people standing in the lobby.

No would never recommend him. He does not follow through with what he says. Leaves a wheelchair patient in the waiting room for 70 minutes then does not see him. Does not care about the meds being ordered. Does not check if the meds are still necessary for the patient. Had enough going elsewhere. Re a family Member

there's a better chance of winning the irish sweepstakes ... and I don't play the irish sweepstakes. the wait times have always been over an hour minimum WITH an APPOINTMENT. I couldn't even schedule a simple work related physical and I am already a patient. the front desk (while calling to setup an appointment transferred me to a different medical office without even telling me and I had no idea who I was talking to and why since they aren't my primary care physician.) 1 star was as lo as it go
