Be aware! I am a nurse, have had prior surgeries with a physician that retired from this group, but was internally transferred to Dr. Pochran for a third surgery for my rate joint disease. Never in my career have I encountered a more arrogant, cold, careless individual with zero compassion or customer service. Dr Pochran botched my surgery, as evidenced by my poor surgical outcomes, the pain and suffering I endured, and his dismissiveness to my post surgical needs. Rating my nerve pain at a 10+ out of 10, and his refusal to return my calls or address my Pain, led me to seek care at Mayo Clinic. My 4th surgery revealed my belief, I had nerve damage caused by Dr Pochran- he never followed up to remove sutures, to check on me, to return my countless calls begging for relief of ungodly pain. If I can save any other person from the misery and horrific treatment I endured, this communication will be my healing. Please, please- do not allow this man to perform surgery on you!! Be aware! For the first time in a long time, I finally received the proper care from a physician. Dr. Michael Pochron was very kind, thorough, answered my questions and was very considerate. I am gratefully to finally meet a doctor with great bedside manors.

I had trigger finger in several fingers both hands. Dr Pochron operated on them at least 15 years ago. They are still GREAT. We live in a wonderful time.

My visit while seeing Dr. Pochron my appointment was very informative. I felt very comfortable with the plan the doctor suggested for having surgery for carpal tunnel on the right hand.

I really like Dr. Pochran...He is no nonsense and straight to the point....But, very good. My cousin was his resident 30 years ago and, in my opinion, if you can recommend your former boss after a stressful residency, then he was probably good. The staff and nurses are very nice and VERY on top of things. My company requires a LOT of paperwork for my disability and they did not act put out, nor did they not know how to fill out the paperwork. It was a stress free experience. I am still recovering and I am happy I can concentrate on that instead of administrative things. Pochran is not very warm and fuzzy....but, you feel he cares and is going to make you well again and that is more important to me. Thank you Beverly Hills Orthopedists.....FYI: I never write reviews.... I really like Dr. Pochran...He is no nonsense and straight to the point....But, very good. I would not recommend Dr. Pochron to anyone. I was referred to him by my primary physician for pain in my hand. For both of the appointments, I had to wait at least 45 minutes with no apology. He was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. After doing some blood work after the first appointment, he made me come in for a 2nd appointment, wait 45 minutes after my appointment time, only to tell me that nothing showed up in the blood work. I was charged over $200 for each visit. I would not recommend Dr. Pochron to anyone. I was referred to him by my primary physician for pain in my hand. I use my hands to make a living and still do thanks to Dr. Pochron. He has operated numerous times on both hands. Each time it was 100% successful. Dr. Pochron is a highly skilled surgeon with a great personality. I always recommend him to anyone requiring a hand doctor. Make an appt with him - you will be happy you did.

Dr. Pochron was highly recommended by my doctor. Dr. Pochron was direct and accurately assessed my condition. Very pleased with him as a service provider. The concern I had almost prevented me from scheduling an appointment was the RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL OFFICE person who answered the phone. She is the older lady with the heavy voice. I stayed on the telephone for 20 minutes as she fumbled around supposedly researching everything about me, rather than making my appointment.
