Dr. Michael Travis Petty

Dr. Petty has been able to keep my back in good shape for over 10 years. I have worked with another chiropractor who wanted me to visit weekly, but Dr. Petty's goal is to keep me healthy enough where I only visit on flare-ups, which works out to about every three months.

I saw Dr. Petty for 10 yrs. After 10 yrs he refused to help me anymore.I seen many chiropractors across the country and Dr. Petty was the best of all of them. He never cured me of any of the neck and back problems I had but did help alleviate some of the pain I had from time to time. When you have chronic back pain you take whatever help you can get. Most of the chiropractors out there are a joke. Dr.Petty does help but then gives up on you. Be prepared for him to give up on you like he did me. I saw Dr. Petty for 10 yrs. They did more then just the simple adjustments and really explained why I was feeling the pain and clearly stated the ways I could fix it. 10/10 would recommend

I visited Dr. Koslowski at Dr. Petty's office, and I am very impressed with his knowledge and abilities. I have to say I have been skeptical of chiropractic care, but after my first visit, after about 2 days, my neck was almost completely better. The first night it hurt a little worse, but then it began to feel better the next day, and the following day, completely better. It had been hurting for a couple of months, and I had tried massages, stretching and anti-inflammatory medications. I highly recommend Dr. Koslowski at Concord Chiropractic! Just wanted to take a minute to give feedback on my experiences with Dr. Koslowski and Concord itself. I took a fall stepping up on a wet curb since vision was partial blocked with the Covid mask. Left arm ended up going numb from the elbow down to ring finger and pinkie. My MD spoke of neurological tests and orthopedic surgery. Dr. Koslowski adjusted my collar bone and shoulder on the first visit. All back to being good. He then went on to provide a complete spinal adjustment and upper back pain eased away. MD informed it was likely arthritis setting in but a couple loud cracks later I regained motion and mobility not enjoyed for years. MD requested I lose the pandemic pounds added and now am doing so thanks to the elimination of back pain. These guys are for real. Tried other offices in years past and treatment was dragged out or only treated a symptom. More billings per patient. Not here. Three visits and quality of life returned. Office is pleasant and efficient.

Dr. Petty has been instrumental in helping me live a pain free life. He's helped me correct years of poor sitting posture - I would recommend him to anyone. His front staff has definitely improved over the last few years as has the wait time. Don't let the negative reviews above influence the choice of him as your chiropractor.

Dr Petty is excellent... saved me from surgery on my back.

Excellent! The staff was so helpful and friendly. Dr Petty is fantastic. He recognized and fixed my problem on the spot. I can't thank him enough!

Dr. Petty is extremely knowledgeable and takes the necessary time to thoroughly explain the possible cause of my discomfort and techniques he is going to perform to provide me relief. He allows his administrative staff to treat his patients with disdain,, rudeness , unfairness, and without even common curtesy. I trust him to treat me and interact with him wonderfully. He seems sincere in his desire to help you. Unfortunately, his staff leaves much to be desired. He’s aware of their behavior and yet nothing changes. Prepare to spend a couple of hours waiting, unless the staff knows you.

Front staff is rude, he used to take time with me when taken care of my lower back, now it is slam bam pay up front, next patient please.

You can't go wrong with Dr. Petty! He diagnosed my neck issue just with me telling him the symptoms and testing my strength in my hands and he had me back to normal with just 2 visits where many other doctors, therapists, chiropractors, etc. had left me confused and in excruciating pain for 3 months prior to me meeting Dr. Petty. He's the best!

Great chiropractor, however, every time I've been there, I have to wait between 45-60 minutes (for a 10 minute appointment) and that's just ridiculous. If you have all day to wait, then go see him.

Petty is great! The best I've ever seen. But the staff are terrible. They are rude and very unwelcoming.

Dr. Petty has helped my husband's back problems for years. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been patients for 20+ years. He has helped us in more ways than I ever thought a chiropractor could. He is one of the most respected medical professionals in Knoxville. I would recommend Dr. Petty to everyone.

Had bad leg pain around the knee and was limping. I asked my doctor but he wasn't able to give me good advice. Doctor Petty was able to explain where I was tight, an out of alignment, which was causing the pain an suggested some stretches and popped some stuff that fixed the issue. Very knowledgeable.

Dr Petty is excellent. Do not EVER arrive early; it gets you done NO sooner. They easily run 45 minutes to an hour late. He is worth it, but come prepared. His front desk staff run cold to rude, but rarely friendly. Regardless of all of that, the doctor is nice and the best chriropractor I Have ever seen. Worth the wait and your tolerance of the cold customer service. Arrive NO earlier than 15 minutes late!!

My whole family has been treated by Dr. Petty, and I personally have seen him on and off for many years now. Personally he is extremely pleasant and upbeat. Professionally, one couldn't ask for more. He is extremely patient, explains what he is doing and why, tells you how to help prevent recurring injury, and never pushes you to continue treatment for longer than is needed. Every visit I've ever made has been a huge relief from the pain I was in at the time. I've sent many friends and co-workers his way over the years, and just can't say enough. I feel fortunate to have been introduced to him and his practice. If you are in pain, don't wait, just pick up the phone and call. You'll be glad you did.
