Awful experience. Does not care about patient or have any bedside manner. Just in it for the money.

Dr. Pearl is very knowledgeable, kind and a personable doctor. He made me feel very comfortable. He took his time to explain everything about my surgical procedure and he did his best to ease my worries. I was very nervous but my procedure was a breeze. I had no pain, bleeding or any complications.

Dr. Pearl was the epitome of a good doctor! He was kind, gentle, extremely patient and not at all condescending. So refreshing to find a doctor who cares and treats their patients with respect and dignity. I accompanied my wife to one of the best doctor/patient experiences ever!

I have been seeing Dr Pearl for over 15 years. He is the best doctor! If you’re looking for a doctor that puts you and your needs first and foremost, Dr Pearl is your doctor!!

Dr. Pearl is the best doctor I have ever been to. Not only is he a great doctor and surgeon, he really cares so much for his patients, and he’s an extremely kind person with a great sense of humor. He operated on me twice (9 years apart). He’s honest and up front about your options and He took great care of me. I recommend him highly.

His expertise and persistence gave me these 17 years I thought I'd never have as a 3C cancer patient!

Dr. Pearl treated me like a dog. It’s been many years. I still get tears in my eyes when I think about the care and attitudes I received from dr Pearl. The surgery he performed on me was a failure. I’m still dealing with the sequels. The post surgical care was a disaster. I will try my best to avoid any place where he works as a doctor. Yeah, he wanted to perform a second surgery on me to correct the first one. I ran. Thank you, but no thank you.

Dr. Pearl has given me the best care I could want, but He also takes the time to know me, and what's important in my Life. He always makes me feel listened to ... an takes time with me, He is an excellent Dr..... I thank Him for every year I am cancer free ..Five stars isn't enough!

Amazing doctor! he saved my sisters life. She had stage 4 ovarian cancer, He was honest and told me it didn't look good for my sister and he did his best and to enjoy the time i have with her. he did a complete debulking and that was 10 years ago. She just celebrated her 50th birthday. Thank you Dr Pearl

Dr. Peal is kind and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have such a compassionate physician. I had major surgery 7/5/16 with no complications. My recovery time was quick and pretty much painless without any medication. If you need surgery, he is fanominal. I would give him 10 stars.

He is excellent in Gyn problems. His staff is wonderful also ! Lilyanna was a excellent nurse and little Stephane from Stonybrook hospital out patient care was also excellent in caring for patients . I was a difficult patient to have to be put to sleep , but doctor Pearl got me threw it. He' a great doctor!

Dr. Pearl is my hero. Today I celebrate 5 yrs cancer free because of his expert surgery and care. He is the kind of doctor you want to treat you, kind, compassionate, very personable, even humorous. I love him!!!

Sept. 2010 I went in to have an ovarian cyst removed. During the pre-op appt. I was given paperwork to sign that stated that my entire left ovary and Fallopian tube would be removed. I pointed out the mistake and they corrected it and assured me that just the cyst would be removed. After surgery, I was told that all went well. 2 weeks later, I got a phone call informing me that my entire ovary and Fallopian tube WAS removed. Not only that, I have a huge scar that is about 1in.x 0.5in!

I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Uterine Cancer in November 2015. Dr. Pearl performed a total hysterectomy on me, and was able to remove all the cancer entirely. I am now cancer free thanks to Dr. Pearl and his expertise and knowledge. He is also a very caring person and very easy to talk to. I owe my life to him.

Dr. Michael Pearl, gynecological oncologist at Stony Brook Cancer Center, treated me for Stage 4 ovarian cancer from Jan.-Aug. 2015. I am now receiving surveillance follow-up. My diagnosis was complicated because I did not show all the classic signs of ovarian cancer and had an enlarged sentinel lymph node. A biopsy of the lymph node indicated high grade serous carcinoma, an aggressive type of ovarian cancer. Dr. Pearl was factual and recommended a chemo treatment hat had an 85% success rate.
