Dr. Pascolini is very nice, but the office staff and assistants are TERRIBLE. They are rude, unorganized, and are poor communicators. This has been our worst experience with a health care provider so far. I know the dr is very popular and the office is very busy, but that is no excuse for poor people skills and lack of communication between patients/parents and their internal staff. There has been an issue every step of the way with these people and you'll get a totally different answer depending on which person answers the phone. If my son didn't need these procedures so badly we would start over somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble. Dr. Pascolini is very nice, but the office staff and assistants are TERRIBLE. The staff is so unorganized!!!!! Here’s proof of my daughters appointment you idiots!! The doctor needs a new staff around there

He was very friendly. I took my newborn for a lip and tongue tie and he was very quick and my daughter barely cried when he snipped them.

Extremely long wait times - doctor doesn’t care about patient. I had excruciating pain in my throat and he took a look and said I don’t see anything!! I had to ask for a scope till he saw the infection !! I had a neck CT ordered by a walk in clinic which he barely read - cancelled my follow up saying he doesn’t see an ENT issue - only for me to follow up with my family doctor 3 weeks later to find out I have pneumonia and it clearly shows in the CT report ! We absolutely love Dr Pasolini, he is definitely an amazing doctor and takes the time to get the proper care my child needs.

Did an amazing job on my nasal surgery. It was life changing for my breathing and sleeping.

Waiting rooms are expected to be used in a doctor’s office… But his likeability makes it worth the wait. Genuinely funny and ‘cool’ doctor. Doesn’t talk down or oversimplify everything!

Very professional and friendly staff, that actually care about their patients.

Got in and out quickly for our appointment. All the staff were pleasant and we loved the doctor.

Prepare to wait long after scheduled apt. Time

I waited 3 months for my appointment. Then I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes in the waiting room. I got my co-pay back and left. There is NO reason for the long of a wait with no explanation.

Wait time at least 2 hours.

takes the time to understand the problem & explains the cure in simple to understand language.

After consulting and scheduling surgery, the admin staff never called about insurance pre-auth results, or a surgery cost estimate. Being that I did not want to walk into a medical procedure financially blind, I called to cancel a week before the surgery. Shortly after,I received a voicemail in response stating that the pre-auth had just been done that morning with no communication to me and some snark comments about how all insurance is different and I should know the rest.

No sense of urgency they could care less if I saw them or not.

My appointment was at 9:45 am, 1 hour and 45 minutes later still waiting to see doctor.

The Dr himself was very nice but there was ZERO sense of urgency about my condition. I had to call every day asking for updates to move along to get closer to an answer of why I woke up deaf. After finally get my test, it took 3 days for a result that I went and proactively picked up myself. The next week they called and told me there was nothing of concern on the scan - but there definitely was! I had another doctor read it. They told me to go somewhere that accepted my insurance. Been dealing with a facial abscess for the last 4-5 months. This is my first experience with this sort of condition, and Dr. Pascolini and his staff have made this a very stress free road to recovery. Highly recommended.

Being very skeptical of this surgery, having watched many videos and done an extensive amount of research, my GP suggested Dr. Pascolini. Upon my first visit I felt TOTALLY at ease and safe in his hands. One of biggest issues I have with doctors today is the lack of personal care; the total lack of eye contact and so many just want to write you a script and move on to the next patient. NOT Dr. P! He was willing to answer ALL of my question and genuinely cared about my recovery! 10 stars!
