I enjoyed my video chat with Dr. Owens but I am overall not happy with the slow pace of the Oregon Clinic. I was referred there by my GP Because I have developed acute constipation with a couple of attracts that that were so painful i almost called an ambulance. Dr. Owen scheduled me for a colonoscopy which is scheduled for April 12, more than 2 months out. Every one that helped me was great. Dr. Owens explained everything and I felt I was going to be taken care of. Thank you to all the staff.

Meet my new GI Doc and possibly yours too. Dr. Owens is professional, personable, knowledgeable and overall great. I feel confident we are all in good hands with him and his expertise. Hopefully, I never have to see him again for the rest of my life. Ha!

Great experience for a procedure I was not looking forward to at all! Dr. Owens and his team were very professional and I felt extremely safe during the whole process. He also took the time to answer a few questions I had and didn't seem to mind taking the extra time to do so.

I have been seeing Dr. Owens for almost ten years and find him to be very thorough, attentive to my questions and concerns, and professional in every aspect. I highly recommend him.

Video meeting took a long time to get scheduled but everything went quickly after that was concluded. Had two follow procedures, both performed by his partners in the practice.

I have been seeing Dr Owens for a while and at every turn he seems to not take me seriously. I have had multiple ER visits in which tests show inflammation in my GI tract but I was recently dismissed as not having an underlying GI problem even though he has diagnosed me with one in the past. A direct quote prior to dismissing me “There is actually something there” like he didn’t believe me for the last 10 years. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed

. I received a call from Dr. Owens MA (or Dr. Lee’s?) to give me the results of the final lab test and she informed me Dr. Owen was out of the office today as well. I began asking questions regarding the results, giving her information as to the length of my illness so she can understand my history. I asked about diet my body may tolerate so I can get some protein in me, I asked questions about managing my pain. One of my questions at that time was what Dr. Owens may be looking for in the colonoscopy. It was at that point she called me rude, said she didn’t like my tone and that I had no reason to speak to her like that. My exact words were “What is Dr. Owen looking for with the colonoscopy”. She put me through the wringer. The only tone she may have heard, if there was one at all was that of exhaustion, and speaking through clenched teeth due to severe pain. I've never experienced abuse by healthcare worker like that ever, and I work in healthcare.

Dr. Owens is one of the best GIs I’ve ever had. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, and really cares about his patients. I highly recommend him.

Dr Owens has always gave me great care. He is friendly, and explains all the test results with patience.

Dr Owens is terrific. He has great bedside manner and is very reassuring.

This doctor threw me to the curb after 3 endoscopies. Injured my vocal cords and though he said I have severe gerd and hyatol hernia refused to treat me further.

Dr Owens performed a Colonoscopy on me 2 months ago, he was very professional and put me at ease before and after the procedure.

Extremely friendly, knowledgeable staff and environment. Dr. Owens was tremendous and communicated professionally and personably on all aspects of the procedure and findings.

I didn't have any problems and was very comfortable with Dr. Owens. He let me know of my past exams and made me feel at ease. I was pretty nervous for this colonoscopy because my sister had one last year and has 4 stage colon cancer. I'm very thankful I'm ok and will be back there again in five years, all the staff were very friendly and reassuring.

Dr. Owens gaves lots of information regarding the area we were dealing. After my endoscopy, Dr. owens talked to me about his findings & answered questions I had. Dr. Owens & the staff at the center were very helpful, kept me informed of what was happening or going to happen, which helps in keeping stress levels down to a minimum. Thank you!

Dr Owens is very professional and thorough. Very good bedside manner, and is a well known leader in his field of speciality.

Absolutely horrible provider. He was over an hour late for my appointment, spoke extremely quickly, gave me no time to ask questions, and the whole thing was very rushed. He had me do one test, refused to do a follow up appointment, and left me with no answers. Worst provider ever!

been there about 4 times for colonoscopies. always a friendly, courteous staff and easy procedure. Dr Owen's always comes after to discuss findings and and future information with colored photos for your scrapbook!

Personable and excellent in diagnostics from what I can tell. Made me feel like I was in good hands.

As good an experience as I could imagine.
