Dr. Orzo is an awsome doctor. He has a wonderful bedside manor. He and his staff are very caring and helpful.

Dr Orzo is FANTASTIC. He saved me from unnecessary lumbar fusion surgery, and has kept me living a basically normal life for over 17 years. Four doctors before him told me I would be in pain every day for the rest of my life....WRONG!!! Everyone I referred to him has been extremely grateful for the referral.

I have been a patient of Dr. Orzo’s for over twenty years and have received only the very best care from the practice. Plus everyone is very nice and professional.

No one could have done more. Felt he always listened. Have sent friends to him. Office help has always been great!

You cannot REACH anyone at this office! I have been a healthcare professional for 40 years. I have NEVER seen such unprofessionalism. They do not respond to e-mails or calls and state "they never received any communication!" I should probably contact the medical board.

Great place to go. I was seeing a different pain doctor for 3 years and was living every day in pain. I went to Dr. Orzo and the 1st rounds of cervical medial branch block, I was relieved of all my pain. The staff there is very friendly and understanding. Dr. Orzo was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. He spent over an hour diagnosing my condition and describing my options. I was impressed by the doctor and his staff.

For several years now I have had the privilege of having Dr. Michael Orzo as my pain care specialist. For years I went from doctor to doctor with no relief ~ that is until I went to Dr. Orzo. He is my 6th doctor and by far the absolute BEST. By doing the lumbar nerve blocks Dr. Orzo has improved the quality of my life immensely! If I had the option I would keep him as my RSD doctor forever! Even when I am scheduled with his assistant Dr. Orzo pops his head in for a minute to say hi and see if I have any concerns he needs to know about. Hands down the BEST pain care specialist in Columbus, Ohio!

I have been going to Dr. Orzo for 15 years. My pain has been constant, progressive, and at times, debilitating. The level of help, care, and compassion he and his staff have given me is outstanding. By far my favorite doctor.

Dr. Orzo spent more time with me during my initial visit than all other doctors COMBINED that I had seen in the past for my pain problem. His accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment allowed me to get my life back.

I have had a great relationship with Dr. Orzo. His treatments always resulted treating my back issues successfully. My issue is not with Dr. Orzo but with their practice policy. His billing office has always been easy to deal with. When I went to schedule a new round of shots they said they could not because our insurance is no longer in force.the scheduler said they don’t take cash which is ironic since I have paid them co-pays and uncovered charges with my debit card since I first started seeing Dr. Orzo. They refused my money. This a very discriminatory policy. I have the ability to pay for the injections in cash or credit card but the practice absolutely refused. Very disappointed. When my new insurance kicks in in October this spine care practice will be black listed.

Dr. Orzo himself is GREAT! Has done wonders in helping me and my primary care doctor manage my chronic hip pain from numerous failed hip replacements. His staff is another story..... rude and incompetent doesnt even begin to describe his staff....which is why I have my primary care doctor prescribe my pain medications with advisement from Dr. Orzo. I dont want to deal with the idiots working for him.

I've been going to Dr. Orzo for several years. Before, during, and after I had surgery for a shattered disc Dr Orzo has been AWESOME! He actually cares for his patients, spends time talking to you and explaining anything that you need explained and doesn't try to rush you through the visit. My back pain has been reduced and I am able to LIVE LIFE and do things I couldn't do before seeing this doctor. I'm so glad I found him! I would recommend highly recommend him! CD

I had been experiencing chronic low back pain for many years. I was sent to many physicians over the years, with little benefit. I was then sent to Dr. Orzo for evaluation, and he immediately diagnosed my problem, and developed a plan of care. After treatment, I can't believe how much better I feel! I consider myself a recreational athlete, and he allowed me to resume my physical activity to a level I never thought I could achieve.

I called numerous times and never received a call back. My pain was not managed and I was always told that we would discuss my pain next time. The office staff seem very unhappy and typically refused to speak when I would come in. I told my specialist that refered me about my experience and he is reevaluating if he should send anyone else to Dr Orzo. I quit and went elsewhere and I am now on a path towards recovery.

Dr. Orzo seemed very knowledgeable and provided excellent care. He diagnosed my problem (which other doctors failed to do) and provided minimally invasive treatment that was very effective. I haven't felt this good in years!

Dr Orzo is always attentive and listens to you. Hhave never been rushed in and out. He has been my doctor for over 20 yrs and drive 1 and 1/2 hours to his office.
