Dr. Orozco is upbeat and friendly as well as thorough and knowledgeable. He's also apparently very patient , as he's answered every question I've ever asked (I ask a lot of questions!) and he never seems annoyed.
I’ve seen the doctor about 20 times in the last 2 years. Many of the symptoms were not recognized as being related a my auto-immure system symptoms. At a certain point, I felt that my eyeballs were in contact pain. Finally I was treated accordingly, but then I could NOT get answer about a new prescription I needed after calling 3 times in 3 weeks and still no answer. I found that the staff is not giving follow through. I’m unsettled about lack of clear UNDERSTANDING of my condition and lack responses for continued treatment.
I went in with pain from a leg injury with frustration and angst. After several years, I realized I needed to do something and found Dr. Orozco filled with knowledge, ready to listen and identify where my pain was coming from. He is the best eye doctor I have found. He was able to diagnose and treat my wifes dry eye symptom when no one else could. His treatment gave her much needed relief after decades of pain.
We like Dr. Orozco but can't stand the fact that we fight with the office every time we go. For 10 years, my husband and I have fought with the office (NE) on how to submit our claims for routine check ups. This year was no different so, we have decided to leave Dr. Orozco. We are very familiar with our insurance and are tired of fighting.

Dr. Orozco is a very caring doctor that knew how to treat my dry eye condition. I feel much better and my eyes don't burn! Strongly recommend!
