Dr. Oles is an old-school dentist ... he does his own work, and actually knows his patients. His staff is great.

I have been going to Dr. Oles for years. My 11yr old daughter adores him and loves that she gets to choose her toothpaste flavor. My very apprehensive mother trusts him completely and we have referred several family members and friends. We trust him completely and have had nothing but great experiences through the years.

Worst experience ever! Did a very poor imprint for a crown, TWICE, in 2013 so I endured for many weeks what he jokingly called a tin can temporary crown. It arced to produce electrical shocks when eating with metal utensils. He said not to worry, but all those micro-shocks inflamed my healthy root so it was so HOT, he wanted to pull it!! I found a better dentist to redo the crown & tried a root canal. Oles refused to refund my $ for the crappy work & harm he did to me. Took 2 YEARS to heal!

I see Dr Oles Jr once a year. I WAS satisfied. I had a routine apptmt yesterday. I was 4 mins late and the ''scheduling manager'' said that I cannot be seen. Keep in mind there was no one one in the waiting room and the next apptmt wasn't due in until a half hour later. She said that I had paperwork to fill out. I responded that their has been no changes to my insurance, etc., but either way I'd be happy to fill out the paper work afterwards if you guys are in a hurry. She said ''no''.
