Terrible. Office staff is very disorganized. Poor communication within the office to Doctor which affects patient care. No apologies or accountability from Doctor.

Poor. Waited over 3 hours for my appointment with no apologies from Doctor Novak. There is poor communication within the office staff to the Doctor which can affect patient care.

Went to Dr Novak for an annual check up. Should be covered under insurance but it ended up costing me over $500. Took months to try to resolve but they were not helpful and ended up going into collections. I paid the bill to prevent credit damage. Furious about the billing and lack of communication. Will file complaints with my insurance company and other oversight agencies for deceptive practices.

Does not respond or answer phone calls

Amazing Doctor. So pleasant. Thoughtful and great bedside manners.

Personable, intelligent, caring. He's my doctor, and he's a good one!

Great doctor . Wonderful bedside manners . Looks at you and engaged in a conversation.Does not use his computer in front of you .Picks up on anormalities with your health and calls you . Lucky he is my doctor
