Does not understand issues/ go somewhere else
I had a very positive visit at Dr. Noto's office. The front desk girls were courteous and helpful. I've had to call a couple times since my appointment , they were very helpful. Dr. Noto is second to none. Very knowledgeable and so nice. I left feeling like I was friends with the whole office. I would recommend Dr. Noto and Dr. Smith 100%. If your looking for an excellent podiatrist look no further.

Excellent care
i was fifteen minutes late for an appointment due ambulance service and then had to wait an hour i/2 to see dr. the office staff deliberately put me at the end of line because of being fifteen minutes late. had to lay on a gerney which hurt my back all this time. have been going to this dr. for years and this is how you are treated. will not go back.
Dr. Michael Noto & Mrs. Stacey Noto is the best foot & Ankle podiatrist in the state of West Virginia. I love them both they take good care of you.
Dr Noto is a wonderful doctor. He really cares for his patient. He is very professional. He is so easy to talk too.
