Michael Foster Neel

The best and most caring Gynecologist I know. Dr Neel is so knowledgeable. When he detects an issue he stays with you until it is resolved. When he found my endometrial cancer he took care of me like a family member. He got it resolved and continues my health care to this day. I'm so thankful for him.

After years of struggling with fertility, i took a blood test because I was four days late. I called the dr office to get the results and they told me I was pregnant! I was in tears thinking all my prayers had been answered. Dr Neel took great care of me when I had a emergency while visiting out of town. Would definitely want him as my own OB if I lived closer.

Dr. Neel is a great OBGYN, but the way they run their office is disturbing. In 2010 I was being seen by another OBGYN in Brownwood. I was covered under insurance at the time of a visit I was scheduled for. However that day I was not seen and no services were rendered. Shortly after the birth of my daughter I moved and they billed me for my visit, instead of my insurance. I did not see the bill until it went to collections. Their collection company would not let me make payments and at the time I could not afford to pay it in full. Years later after I was told the situation was resolved through my insurance. Which I have documentation for. I was denied service through Dr. Neel until the other Dr. in town was paid. Even though I had cash in had to pay for the Dr's visit before I was even seen. I was denied medical care for a very serious issue. Dr. Neel's staff was rude and belligerent. I was treated like a thief and compared to a low life criminal. No solution's were given, I was just denied medical care from a separate Dr.'s office. It is a monopoly and a manipulation. These are the only two OBGYN Dr.'s in Brownwood and they would rather scratch each others backs then provide medical care. I will be handling the out standing bill today, and will never go to either Dr. ever again. It is an unsafe situation that a misfiled bill that I had repeatedly tried to take care of could prevent me from medical care that I was offering to pay cash for. I went in on the 7th good great staff and great doctor

Dr.Neel delivered my , now 17 year old in 2004. A healthy boy child. He also did my hysterectomy later, when I was 36. I would rate him and his staff a 20+ if I were able. Much thanks to you sir.

Dr. Neel delivered my 3rd child & I had no problems, he is very experienced & informative, very concerned when it comes to postpartum. Wonderful staff & facility I would recommend him to family & friends! Thank you guys for all your hard work!

Dr and his staff is so happy and friendly. Willing to answer questions even over the phone for the patients.

Dr neel is a very experienced and friendly man. He takes the time to answer questions and does his best to find solutions. I would highly reccomend him if you prefer a doctor who takes a bit more time to explain things.

I have been seeing him for over 5 years. He has been treated me for endometriosis and is doing a good job.

I have issues carrying children and dr. Neel came up with a great solution to my problem. He is very professional and as one of his patients I felt like he really cared. Dr. Neel and his staff are also some of the nicest happiest people you'll meet.

Dr. Neel is a great doctor! The staff there are friendly and helpful.

He was very understanding to what was wrong with me and what we could do to fix it. Listened very well and was willing to go extra miles to make sure i didn't have problems in the future.
