It happened years ago, and I went to see another ENT who is not around anymore, and he had a little vacuum with a camera and knew what he was doing. This one, first, I waited half an hour to see him. And it's not like the office was busy, no one was there. Even the receptionist disappeared for a good ten minutes. Dr. Morris was puzzled that I had a clogged ear and discovered was in my ear. A shocker! He was planning to retrieve the wax with a little metal stuff where he could not even see what he was doing. He hurt me. I got up and I left. He was not even surprised. Im really shocked by some of the negative comments. Someone always answers when I call and Ive seen Dr Morris several times over the last 8 years. He is thorough with questions and diagnosis. I didn't even know I had food sensitivities which was the cause of chronic migraines. No other doctor has been able to figure it out. My migraines went from weekly to once a month. He has called me to follow up on progress. The front desk and billing staff Ive dealt with are always kind and helpful. Some of these reviews I noticed are dated during covid shut down periods. Maybe thats part of it or they are calling the wrong number. Seems strange; its the polar opposite of my experience. I just had an appt a week ago and still have no complaints. Originally I met Dr. Morris in the ER at Shady Grove roughly 3 years ago. He helped me diagnosis some allergies and I stabilized. This past year I have had some sinus problems and decided he would be a good choice since he provided such great care last time. I had my appointment on July 22nd 2021 to determine what was going on and he sent me for some follow up testing. After the testing came back he met with me and told me his office would be setting up the balance testing and drops for allergies. It is now Aug 21st and I still havent heard anything. I figure I will try to call once more then, if I dont hear back, I will just have to find another doctor. I kinda have a feeling that it's the office staff. Their office doesn't have adequate staff. So they hardly receive phone calls. In-office visit wait time is also high.

They never pick up the phone and never call back. I called and left voicemails weekly for 6 months to get allergy drop refills and to provide updated payment. They never called me back. As a patient for over 10 years, I'm not surprised because they have always had a horrible front office. No other doctor has tried to figure out what is going on with my health. Dr. morris knows what he is doing.

Dr. Morris is an excellent doctor for children and adults. He has been mine and my son's ENT since 2000. He's seen us for everything from chronic Strep Throat, Ear Infections, Broken Noses (and follow up surgeries), Tonsillectomy, Adnoids, and more. He recently diagnosed son with walking pneumonia upon initial examination and test, but due to how severely and run down he appeared, Dr. Morris had also ran extensive testing that took longer and from them results showed it was Legionnaires Pneumonia - he caught early enough to save my son from being hospitalized and/or worse since it can be fatal if left untreated. He is very thorough and personable. He listens to the problem and gets to the bottom of it. He is not about quick fixes, often if it is not clear if you have an bacteria or viral infection, and or what type, and it is not too serious, he will not prescribe antibiotics until he has lab results come back the next day, because he does not believe in guessing. He runs full labs that also test for the best medicine to treat it. He does not request unnecessary tests, however if you have been treated he is careful to retest to ensure infections have cleared if it was serious infection and/or you are still not 100%. The Allerdrops absolutely work wonders, especially on seasonal allergies, and if you are moving to a new area of the country, he can test and then customize drops for allergens in those areas that your result have shown you are allergic. If you need X-rays he will offer for you to get them, come back to office - if you have time to wait - and then fit you into schedule to review X-ray so you don't have to schedule a follow up appointment the next week for reviewing the results. He'll call insurance and get pre-approval for anything that may potentially be an issue or have a delayed approval time. He goes above and beyond, and sometimes he may take on a lot to try to help, so feel free to call if you think the wrong test was ordered or a test was not ordered, he keeps great notes so his team can review them and get back to you to correct anything that may need to be. Also, keep a list of issues handy when you come in and provide to him so you don't forget because he'll ask so many questions that will lead to more questions, so it's easy to forget everything you wanted to tell him. Dr. Morris is a highly trained ENT with depth in immunology issues as well. He treats patients with great insight & care. If you are in a hurry or don’t want to investigate your concerns in detail, go elsewhere. People are so frantic today that when a physician wants to take a deeper dive into your test results they seem “aggravated” by it. Nonsense. Dr. Morris drew a large number of blood vials and tested for all sorts of things I had no idea about. He found a lingering illness that was never treated or resolved and provided the medications & counsel to resolve it. I feel much better even though I didn’t THINK I felt bad, just tired too often. YOU NEVER KNOW what lurks within until you go and find out. It’s worth the time to learn what’s going on so you can feel these best possible. If you want a doctor who will get to the root causes of your issues instead of just slapping on the proverbial bandage, this is your doctor. He is extremely thorough and shows that he truly wants to help his patients. I cannot say enough about his staff, too -- in all my years of doctor visits, I've never seen a staff so responsive and caring as Dr. Morris'. Take note: your visits will take time, and you may have to wait a bit, but it's SO worth the minor inconvenience. So grateful I am being treated by one of the best! He is a great doctor, no matter what other negative reviews he may have received.

I have seen Dr Morris for quite a few years. Reffed to him by another ENT because the first one knew his limits and highly recommended Dr. Morris. I have had extensive ear issues, infections, chlostitomas. etc. I highly recommend him. Very personable and caring and wants to help you get well.

Terrible experience. My two visits resulted in approximately 1 hour wait times. Then the diagnosis was not even close. The last straw was the recommending of a completely unnecessary MRI. Instead I went for a second opinion where the Doctor solved my problem in under 5 minutes. Do yourself a favor and find a different Doctor.

Beware of this office. You will get an appointment right away if you are a new patient but as soon as you enroll in the allodrops plan the doctor will not have time to see you. I've been seeing Dr Morris for a couple medical issues that I was not aware of having, but I knew I was sick. After Dr Morris's testing, diagnosis and treatment I feel so much better. Dr Morris is an outstanding physician, who had the skills to find out what was making me sick and he fixed it, unlike many other physicians who misdiagnosed me. I highly recommend Dr Morris for allergies, ENT and immunology!!!! He will find out what is wrong and treat you successfully. I went to Dr. Morris a few years ago. I got the allerdrops and haven't had allergies since then!! I was skeptical about the treatment as it's not FDA approved. I figured what the hell as it was easier than getting allergy shots etc. The only downside about Dr. Morris is he can be a little longwinded. He gets sidetracked talking about various things in life. He's a nice guy but he could probably see a lot more patients (quicker) if he cut down on the small talk. Still, I recommend him for any allergy/sinus problems. I went to Dr. Morris a few years ago. Don’t bother even calling them. They are the worst medical office I have ever encountered. I called in March to get an April appt. They called 2 days before the appt to cancel because of a personal matter. Instead of putting me down for the next appt the following month, the lady said she could get me in earlier by calling me for any cancellations. After 2 days, she stopped calling. I called back in May and got an appt for June. The Fri before my Mon 8:30 appt, they called again saying that Dr. Morris has a surgery scheduled for that morning, asking me to move it to 2:45. I told them I had to pick up my kids and the afternoon was not an option. She said that I can then come in at 9:30 and fill out papers while Dr. Morris gets in from his surgery. Went at 9:25 and was told my appt wasn’t until 2:45. Then they had the nerves to tell me that they offered a 12:30, but I had declined and said I would be there at 2:45. You cannot tell me that I lied and took a 2:45 when I am a working mother of two and would never take an appt instead of picking up my children. Their office has wasted so much of my time and money. I kept taking time off work and rearranging my schedule for nothing. To make it worse, they never were apologetic. Can’t really comment on the doctor since I never got to meet him, but if he is a reflection of his staff he is very unprofessional. Don’t bother even calling them.
