The entire staff was professional and knowledgeable. The office was immaculate with a very inviting atmosphere. Doctor Montgomery was very kind and gentle which made my anxiety disorder alot better. Believe me their rating from me is well deserved.

I love this eye center

Dr. Montgomery was amazing, was telling us everything we needed to know about my eyes and answered any questions I had.

Both my husband and I are first time patients and our appointments were timely, detailed and cost-effective with insurance. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Big thanks to Lindsey and Judith for their help! This was my first time buying contacts and greatly helped me on figuring out the pricing and what I wanted to do. I am entirely grateful for their help!

Staff extremely pleasant. The overall exam was quick painless ( no air puff to eyes). Atmosphere was also pleasant and relaxing.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

We have been going to see Dr. Montgomery for approximately 15 years. We go back because of the care we receive.

I love going here they're always helpful and had answers to my insurance questions since my insurance had changed and even helped me stay in my budget

This doctor and his staff have been helping my family for years. I love this place!!! They always have the most current up to date products and frames. Everyone is super friendly and always helpful. I feel like I learn something new every time I visit. Thanks to everyone for all their hard work.

I do not recommend vision Sorce family eyecare in lebanon Missouri. Dr. Michael was full of his self bragged on the new equipment with which they charge me $30 extra to test my eyes. The sales person was pushy and impatient. They were running people through there office and storefront like cattle. They confirmed I had Cataracts, says I was not a candidate for surgery said Insurance . wouldn’t pay anyway and sold me glasses instead. So from the advice of a friend I went to doctor Courier optometry, and eventually Dr Dent ophthalmologist In Lebanon Missouri. With a five minute surgical procedure they cleared my cataracts up and gave me new lens implants.Insurance paid for it all. I have been using cheap reader cheaters glasses just to get by all these years and now it’s like having 3-D vision.I can actually tell what kind of bird at the feeder now again. Attempted to schedule an appointment at this clinic. For some unknown reason my vision insurance wasn't pulling up. I asked if I could proceed to schedule an appointment anyway and was told no. Not certain if this is your clinic policy but even if I didn't have vision insurance I do have the means to pay for whatever I require. No worries though, scheduled appointment elsewhere. Dr. Montgomery cares about his patients eye care and visibility by asking you if you have any concerns. His assistants are knowledgeable and provide good information about your eyes.

Always greeted and taken care of. Dr Montgomery is great. Whole staff makes you feel welcome. Always ready to serve no matter how small or trivial the request. Great selection of frames. Would highly recommend!!!!

The quality of contacts was unacceptable as they split easily and the staff refused to service me on the basis that the contacts were defective “after my yearly prescription ran out” although that was a couple months ago. They refused to discuss this with me in person and sent anonymous texts that were rude and included incorrect in information. It was obvious they had no desire to assist a customer despite years of using them for eye care.

Previously I was not entirely satisfied with my visit. Just recently I had another apointment and my it was great. The staff this time was amazing.

Dr. Montgomery performs an excellent and thorough ophthalmic exam. They have amazing technology, particularly a retina scan that replaces the uncomfortable dilated retinal exam. Provided a discount for self-pay. Highly recommend!

Dr. Montgomery has been treating my 7 year old son for a couple of years now, and the whole staff at Vision Source Family Eyecare is wonderful. They have made my son feel so comfortable and at ease right from the start that he looks forward to getting checkups and picking out new glasses when needed. I recently made an appointment for my son, daughter, and myself and they were able to see us together, and we didn't have to spend the whole day at our appointments. As this was my first experience to be fitted for glasses, I found the Doctor and entire staff to be courteous and professional. I appreciated the assistance I was given to select the glasses that fit "my needs." I would highly recommend them to meet your eyecare needs.

Friendly staff, Great selection of glasses and sunglasses. There are plenty of glasses for kids too! Dr. Montgomery is detailed during the exam and he takes the time to MAKE SURE it’s right! I would recommend this office 100%!

Dr Montgomery and his staff are always friendly and take care of me, even with a walk-in 'emergency'. He always talk to me like an adult, not like a six-year old or using a lot of terminology. His staff is wonderful, friendly and are looking out for what's in my best interest. GREAT JOB!! I will continue going there!
