Dr. Michael B Montanaro

I started coming here in 2016. I had no complaints about my time with Dr. Montanaro. I am so insanely happy with the results. It is crazy to see the before and after pictures. Every error was fixed in my smile and overbite. There is no only orthodontist that could have fixed my teeth to be as nice as they are after.

Dr. Montanaro was a good doctor, and was patient with me during my experience. I was with him for 2.5 years and my teeth turned out great.

Dr. Montanaro has done orthodontics for myself, my brothers, and my mom. I had braces as a teenager and years later I am still very happy with the results. He corrected my smile in the best way, and changed my life by giving me confidence! If I ever have a concern about my teeth I call Dr. Montanaro and he is always extremely helpful. I highly recommend him for any orthodontic needs.

Dr. Montanaro has been my family's orthodontist for years. He has great attention for detail and is truly dedicated to ensuring you will have a Hollywood smile. How do I know? I live in Los Angeles so we know all about Hollywood smiles. And yes, we come to CT for our visits because Dr. Montanaro works with our schedule and always makes time for us. And the office staff - top notch. The Bridgeport office is beautifully decorated and has a spa like feel.

Dr. Montanaro has been our family orthodontist for many years. I live in London and have continued to use Dr. M for my dental care and needs. Dr. M and his staff are flexible in meeting my needs and has been incredibly accommodating - as my availability is quite limited when I visit CT. I have been to the Bridgeport, Westport and New Canaan offices - all are inviting and makes me feel at home. The staff are friendly, caring, attentive, and makes me feel welcomed.

My son needed braces at an early age. I looked online and saw that he had great reviews and decided to give him a shot. No regrets! He has done a fantastic job making my son's smile beautiful! There was a huge gap between his two front teeth and I was just amazed how nicely the gap closed and how straight his teeth are. I highly recommend his service to anyone in the Fairfield and Naugatuck Valley county.

Dr. Montanaro is the best! He has been my primary orthodontist for years and gave my brother and me both amazing smiles! Post-braces, when my retainers eventually cracked after years of use, he was able to see me for an appointment right away and had brand new retainers ready for me within two days. He is very skilled at what he does, kind and caring, and gives honest advice based on what is best for each individual patient. Several of my close friends and family members have all gotten dental work through Dr. Montanaro and are very happy with their smiles. I highly recommend getting your dental work done through Dr. Montanaro!

Every time I visit Dr. Montanaro I never have to wait more than 5 minutes and there is always a plan of action that fulfills my dental care needs. Additionally, he cares about his patients and always takes the time to get to know them.

We moved to Fairfield County from Maine and my son arrived to CT with a new set of braces. We had no idea where to go and it was difficult to find an orthodontist who was willing to work with his style of braces. I went to Dr. Montanaro for my original set of braces and like most people, I ignored wearing my retainer so my teeth shifted and I had to go back. Dr. Montanaro was able to fix me up again in only two and a half months! He is the best!

I really recommend Dr. Michael Montanaro and my treatments were every month and he is very good. I was able to change the color of my braces every month and he always was nice and caring to me. If I had to do it all over again I would go to the same Orthodontist. He is also very caring.

My visit was awesome! I am 36 years old can my lower retainer was loose... came back to see Dr. Montanaro and he glued it back and made me feel good. I love his practice and his method of not pulling out teeth. So happy!!

Incredible experience with Dr. Montanaro and his wholly qualified, insightful, helpful and patient staff. They clearly articulated the process and "pulled a rabbit out of a hat" in regards to realigning multiple challenges. Despite it taking longer than any of us thought, it was well worth the diligence and persistence. Couldn't be happier with the outcome and would give them 6 STARS if I could!!!

Finding the right orthodontist for our son was new to us as nobody in our family has ever needed braces. We were referred to Dr. Montanaro by multple friends in our community (Westport, CT) and feel like we hit the jackpot. Dr. Montanaro not only fitted my son for braces, he made himself available above and beyond for any questions and every subsequent appointment. I rarely do surveys but can't recommend him and his staff highly enough!

I worked with Dr. Montanaro on my smile for about 7 years. I had an extreme underbite and had to go through several steps and appliances and fittings and ultimately jaw reconstructive surgery after the braces were done to finish the job, and Dr. Montanaro was always amazingly helpful throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and always told me exactly what was going to happen next and was always very honest. In the end he worked with my surgeon to make that process go very smoothly and I cannot be more thankful for how he helped change my smile and my confidence.
