They NEVER answer their phones, don't open on time, instead of billing the insurance company they bill you!! Someone isn't doing their job. Lazy people. Go somewhere else - this place isn't it!!

Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. I had an AMAZING experience. 3 days later I developed dry socket and called the office. They were able to get me pain medicine the same day and gave me tips on how to help the pain with over the counter meds. Highly recommend.

I had a consultant for a tooth removal Jan 19 the front office staff was nice but... when I called to inquire regarding setting up the appointment for the actual removal thats where a problem started.. first it's taking a month 1/19 to 2/20 to get a appointment and I still have to wait a week... Now that was partially on my insurance but my insurance co. fax the approval letter over. The office said they didn't get it.. when I ask for pain medication the nurse They transferred me was so rude and nasty. First dr wasn't in office and she wasnt sure IF he would send pain medication to pharmacy that was on feb 13 still having to wait I call back the same rude nurse who barely spoke understandably English continued to be rude. I excused her the first time but after that phone call..I decided to write a review. Like I said when you walk in the ladies at the desk are nice.. I would rather sit in pain and wait to go to another dentist office then trust someone like her with my oral surgery. I honestly cant tell you how the doctors there are because I barely had an interaction with them. Garbage thats what i rate it appointment at 330, 1hr 30 mins later still sitting. Garbage nothing but talks and laughing in the back but no work.....garbage wish i could give no stars

I was in so much pain from my wisdom tooth. My primary tried for over an hour to remove but couldn't. He referred me to Dr. Middlebrooks and he took me right away. He was quick and it was painless. Very nice doctor and staff!

Went for an extraction and Dr broke the tooth next to the one I needed removed. When it happened it was loud and the Dr lied and said it was the tooth he was extracting that broke. Found out what happened when the novicane wore off. Since the tooth had a root canal and cap this was an expensive mistake. Went to a different surgeon and was surprised at the difference in quality of the office and surgeon in general. Save yourself the trip to this dungeon and see a real professional.
