Great staff and dentist! Won’t go anywhere else! They take the time to get to know you and understand your needs. After my last dentist in Orchard Park pulled my filling out, I explained to them my fear of it happening again. The hygienist here at Dr. Mercurio’s took her time with my cleaning and was very gentle. Dr. Mercurio was very kind and understanding as well! Highly recommend going here!

This is MY Dentist, and I just love him. He has NEVER caused me any pain. He's pain free. It's amazing <3

I'm sure they don't care about what these reviews say, but if anyone is looking for a dentist that doesn't already have one. Theyre not taking any new patients, from what I gather for a long time. Not very helpful at all

Got a filling it never lasted, the old man seems to have the shakes and ground down a tooth that was fine...

I called them the morning of my boyfriends appointment to cancel cause he was really sick and they wont reschedule. Guess show up to your appointment sick. He was running a fever of 102 and sick to bed.

I love Dr. Mercurio and his staff. I have since moved and it’s a 30+ minute drive to go there and I still won’t change. Definitely recommend them!

The women I spoke to one the phone was rude. Not friendly at all.

I found them thru internet search. It said they take my insurance. I called and left a voice mail. An excruciating day later they called back saying they don't take my insurance. Don't believe everything you read. And don't waste time waiting for these people to call you.

His staff is pleasant but the dentist himself don't seem to want to do much for his customers, just says he has no time find someone else....

Dr Mercurio has been my dentist for over 20 years. I travel from Cheektowaga to Silver Creek just to see him.

The staff at this office are nice but the dentist himself is very rude extremely rude I wouldnt even bring my animal here to get there teeth worked on.
