I am 73 years old and I have been to a lot of doctors in my life and I can say that the top of the list for my trust is Dr. Michael Meisterling, he is the best in my book. thank you

I had my right hip replaced 10 weeks ago. The treatment and care were well done. I enjoyed working with Dr. Meisterling and his team. If I had questions they were there to answer them and the answers were professional but easy to understand.

I like Dr Meisterling had left knee surgery in 2018, have complete faith and trust in him. Continue to do my exercises each and every day without any problems. Recently had an issue and with an appointment got the issue taken care of. He does a great job explaining and answering all of my questions. I never feel rushed or that I am holding him up. My issue was diagnosed on the one and only visit I needed. The treatment he gave which he said might take one to two weeks actually solved the problem totally within a couple days.

As usual Dr Michael Meisterling MD was very professional and courteous when I was into see him. I would recommend T C ortopedics to anyone who asked about them.

Dr Mike Meisterling and his assistant Marne are THE BEST! I've had 2 new hips and a new knee done by Dr Meisterling, and I am so happy I did. He is confident, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him.

Dr Meisterling was on time for my appointment and thorough. He listened intently to my concerns. He was able to inform me as to what I need to keep a look out for in the future and what course of action we'll follow if and when the hip needs to be replaced.

I was a bit flummoxed as not one person, including Dr. Meisterling wore a mask when we are facing the Delta Virus. Not pleased with the exam and guidance provided by Dr. Meisterling.

Great and personable. Hip is better than it has ever been.

Dr. Was very clear in explaining what my surgery would intail. He made sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend Dr Meisterling to anyone of my friends.

Excellent doctor and surgeon. Would recommend him to anyone needing a knee replacement.

Appointment was on time, very professional, thorough, and accomplished it’s purpose. I would and have recommended Dr. Meisterling to other people with a need for total hip and knee replacements.

Dr. Meisterling was prompt, courteous, efficient, personable and, most important to me, listened to my story. There was a little time at the end of the appointment so he chatted for a few minutes. I appreciated that.

Extremely disappointed. Dr was arrogant and dismissive. Horrible experience.

What a disappointment, we were there for two minutes. The doctor did not even do a physical exam, I feel like we are at square one,

Frustrating time getting a hold of someone to listen to my insurance information. Left 3 messages and was unable to get my MRI scheduled the day prescribed because the team did not proactively act to call my insurance and discuss authorization. Therefore, I called my insurance to get the authorization quicker, and my insurance said I did not need any authorization. When I finally got ahold of the Twin Cities Ortho team 3 hours later, they did not believe me and issued my MRI order without authorization. Therefore I had to work with the MRI facility, we contacted the insurance company again, and the insurance company confirmed AGAIN that no authorization was needed. Extremely frustrating customer service. Debating working with a completely different surgeon, even after having two prior surgeries with this Dr 10 years ago. Very pleased with my visit. Will have surgery in July. Am not one bit appreciative because all was explained to me. Thank you.

Dr. Meisterling was able to see me the day following my fall on ice, and able to repair the fracture the day after he initially evaluated me. The result has been excellent pain reduction- which no amount of medication was able to come close to resolving! I have used TCO several occasions for myself and family (formerly known as St. Croix Orthopedics), and have always found the physicians, clinical staff, and administrative staff kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. These words are meant for both areas I have experience with: the TCO Clinic in Stillwater, and High Point Surgery Center in Lake Elmo. Thanks to all of you for speeding my recovery, and I am glad to know you are all close by when care is needed! Very good, punctual, took plenty of time with me. Had cortisone shot in right shoulder. Already have less pain and more movement

No waiting............had exray, then exam, then cortisone injection and was out out of there in 30 minutes

Although the wait was really long it was worth it, because he knew the exact spot for the cortisone into my bursea. I feel so much better

I went in with shoulder pain which has been reoccuring. I got a cortisone shot which helped very much with the pain. At some point, I will probably have to have some kind of surgery done.

Dr. Meisterling is a very personable doctor. I’ve seen him many times over the past 3 years. He doesn’t rush in and out of the exam room like many doctors do. He was relaxed and spent time talking with me. I’m a veteran and was wearing my military hat. He asked me about my military service, and genuinely cared about my issue.

Dr. Meisterling listens really well to your symptoms and asks questions that narrow down the diagnosis. It is terrific to have a doctor that is so focused and competent. My hip replacement process was flawless.

He replaced my left knee 3 years ago and it has been a wonderful experience. I never used a cane or walker after surgery! Very wonderful doctor

Performed two very successful full knee replacements for me. Very thorough in pre-surgery explanation and post-surgery follow up.
