Dentist was very thorough with the exam and cleaning. Staffs were friendly and competent.

I had an old crown prepared for replacement today. Dr. McWalters was so precise, kind, and educational. I appreciated the detail of his plan as the work progressed. I used a special neck pillow with a cold pack I got at Walmart designed for car use. This made the time in the chair so much more comfortable to help with TMJ and neck surgery pain. His staff is also great.

Great dentist in Menifee.

Love Dr. McWalters and his staff! I have always hated going to the dentist because of the interminable wait (even with an appointment) and the pressure to "upgrade" your treatments outside of what insurance covers. I have neither of those issues with Dr. McWalters. I never have to wait more than a minite.or two, they never upsell, and I get quality, caring dental treatment. Believe it or not I enjoy going to the dentist!

Doctor McWalters, and his staff are very professional, courteous and do very good work! I am very happy to have them as my dental hygiene partner.

Wonderful first experience. Friendly staff. Dr. did a thorough teeth cleaning and found a little tartar. According to my last dentist (large dental group), I had 6 cavities and borderline periodontal disease!

The staff is warm and welcoming. My first visit as a new patient was very pleasant. No one looks forward to going to the dentist, but this office makes you don't mind a return visit.

Fantastic practice, really professional and attentive to patients' needs.

Gentle, kind with no upselling. I've been burned by that in the past and looked long and hard for an honest dentist. I am very happy with Dr. McWalters and his staff.

The best dentist I’ve ever been to in my life.. got me an appointment quickly.. worked on my broken porcelain crown and replaced it.. and continued to adjust as needed until I am pain free.. even called me to check how I’m doing.. couldn’t be more pleased

Very good Dentist. He greets you when you when he see’s you. He checks you teeth to make sure, you don’t have any problems. If there is a problem with you teeth, he will let you know what’s going on. He doesn’t tell you you teeth cavities, when there is none. He only fixes the teeth that needs to be fixed. I would recommend Dr McWalters to anyone, that need there teeth fixed.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. First, Tammy went out of her way to clarify my insurance information with my insurance company. She gave me a quote for that was reasonable. And there were no surprise expenses after I got there. All office staff were professional, courteous and thorough. My exam X-rays and cleaning were as pain free as possible. Dr McWalters didn’t try to sell me on additional work that I didn’t need like other offices. After going through terrible experiences at three other local dental offices, this office was a breath of fresh air.

I love going to Michael McWalters for my dental service. From the dentist to all his staff, everyone shows professional service. Since my very first visit I have given them so many compliments. Because they deserve it.

I have been a patient of Dr. McWalters for 5 years now and I consistently receive great service at each appointment. The staff and dentist are always so friendly and professional. I always feel comfortable when I am there. It is important to find a dependable dentist and Dr. McWalters is it!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. McWalters and the staff. By far, this is the friendliest dentist’s office I have ever been to. I recently moved to the area and decided to go here based on the reviews. I’m really glad because now I have a wonderful local dentist.

Very friendly group ! I always had anxiety about the dentist from past experiences that went bad, but Dr. McWalters put my stress to rest. I am no longer worried to go to the dentist thanks to these awesome staff members.

I have had nothing but good experiences at Dr. McWalters office, even during the process of changing to the new primary and secondary dental insurance policies I have now. Before, I was covered by a COBRA dental insurance policy but was automatically taken off my mom's insurance policy when I turned 26 in 2014. So, even with adjusting to new dental insurances and adjusting with new waiting periods this dental staff has been excellent. Thank you Dr. McWalters Office. I have had nothing but good experiences at Dr. McWalters office, even during the process of changing to the new primary and secondary dental insurance policies I have now.
