I need to get my records from him and dont know how anyone know where I can get them HELP PLEASE
He doesn't even deserve one star. I took my daughter there and checked in. I started not to feel good like something bad was happening to me. I lost all the color in my face and in a lot of pain so much so I wanted to pass out. I told the receptionist I had to the go to the ER. She said he would be ready to see my daughter in about 10 minutes but I couldn't wait any longer. I made to the ER turns out I was having a gallbladder attack from a severe infection in my gallbladder. Mayrons office then sent me bill for the office because I had to leave they charged me a no call no show fee. They knew I was very sick and upset that I didn't stay so they charged me. No one ever calls you back. I have tried so many times to get ahold of them and it's either busy or if you are lucky you get to leave a message which they will never call you back about. Awful, awful, awful.
Horribly mismanaged practice. The office is a black hole of information. Forms and request for information go in, and never come out. I needed to schedule two tests and a follow up. They would not make appointments for all three. I had to do test 1, make an appointment three weeks later for test 2. Do test 2 then make an appointment for the follow up. I've also been waiting months for an appointment to even be made for another procedure. Edit: I can't go down to 0 stars, but final results of my illness were him being blatantly wrong and ordering a number of unnecessary tests and treatments. I went to another doctor, had surgery, and my walking problems were solved as soon as I was awake. Horribly mismanaged practice. The office is a black hole of information. My boyfriend sees this dr. And went in for his appointment today. And the dr arrived at the same time. Acts like he doesnt wanna be here. And acted like he didn't know my boyfriend had an appointment today?? Or who he was. The ladies also seem rude as heck. Acted like they didn't wanna unlock the door for him. He seems like he's to old to be working in this field. Seems a bit crazy. Bit rude. Automatically wanted to put my boyfriend on some type of medication for migraines. But then wanted to run tests first. I feel like this place is just a giant circle of information. In the end, you get nowhere. Also they scheduled his appointment for AFTER they had already closed? Makes no sense. My boyfriend sees this dr. And went in for his appointment today. And the dr arrived at the same time. Acts like he doesnt wanna be here. Dr Mayron is amazing, very friendly staff. I am glad I found him to diagnose my tremors. Definitely recommend.
Dr Mayron is awesome. I am in the early stages of Parkinson's and he is very well versed on the topic and very kind. He takes his time with me and makes me feel comfortable. His staff is very kind also, would highly recommend
Finally!! A doctor who will listen fully and take the time to understand for the full scope of what a patient is experiencing. I wish that I had found Dr Mayron sooner. I had to travel about an hour to get to his office. This was time well spent; worth every second of time. Check-in and reception were friendly and efficient. I was back in the by scheduled appointment time. Dr Mayron was in Tempe room just a couple minutes later. He took his time, listened thoroughly, took notes, asked questions, answered questions and then explained his thoughts with me. He is the ONLY Neurologist I have seen to actually do this. Very few doctors will actually listen to a patient once the word “Lyme” is said, but Dr Mayron took it all very seriously and did not discount a single word I said. I left the appointment with a treatment plan and feeling completely valued as a patient and a person. Would recommend Dr Mayron’s office to anyone! Finally!! Absolute nightmare of an experience. Spent months trying to diagnose my problems due to him misreading my first test's results. Due to his mistake I lost my job, suffered extreme emotional distress, and suffered through needless painful tests.
Dr. Mayron was fine. Staff up front. Would not listen to me, started talking over me very loudly... then slammed the phone down. All over me wanting to see a pain management team in Madisonville, when Dr. Mayron agreed. Then to find out they made it in Evansville, Ind. one hour 15 minutes from my home up to 3 times a week visits!!! So since she told me I couldn’t have Humana approve it in Madisonville. I was trying to talk to the desk girl when she started talking over me loudly. I found that extremely rude and ask her “Excuse me, EXUSE ME???I told her that she worked for me, her office patient!!! I called Insurance, my PCP and pain management department. They told me YES they work with Humana Advantage and that no one had called from Dr. Mayron’s office. When the front office girl said insurance wouldn’t pay at Madisonville. I called my PCP AND PM, They are requesting my medical records from Dr. Mayron All because of a beligerant front desk worker!!! Could have been so simple!!!

Dr.Mayron is amazing. And his staff are all wonderful.
I have been seeing Dr Mayron for approximately 15 years. My husband was also his patient. Dr Mayron has helped me with several issues. I really like the fact that he spends time with you and listens. Most doctors nowadays are typing on their tablets the whole time of your visit, hears a new issue Or concern but never addresses it. Not Dr Mayron. He looks at you while you are expressing concerns. He is at the top of the list in my opinion.
He does not care about his patients. Instead of trying get the rest done he rather make their patients the help they need.. all he wants to DC o is try all medicine and keep getting money while your still in pain.

Our visit was fantastic! The best we've ever had with a neurologist, and we've had a few. He listened and was empathetic and really cared. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything about my daughter's condition and treatment. We just loved him! As I said best neurology visit we have ever experienced.

I was referred by my insurance company to Dr. Mayron for my post-concussion headaches and carpal/cubital tunnel syndrome. He said the same things a neurosurgeon had said from my test results. I have been seeing Dr. Mayron for over a year now and through trial and error we have been able to lessen my pain. I love his staff, they are friendly and courteous; I missed a few appointments due to injuries and weather and they were able to reschedule me for a day and time that was good for both of us.
Will not let family member ask questions about home care of your loved one.....he wants to do all the talking and tells the patient in medical terms why his injections do not have a good outcome and says more injections are needed. Does not give instructions on ways to help relieve pain until your next appointment. Hopefully insurance can refer me to another Doctor. Doctor also said he may not have used the correct medication for the injections. Wont go back to this Dr!
Dr. Mayron is great and I was extremely happy with him. His phone nurse or whatever she is however is not very pleasant. I called to see what I needed to do to get Dr. Mayron on the phone with a government Dr that will not make calls out to other doctors. I was told that Mayron would not call out either. After calling back to figure out what I needed to do to get the two doctors on the phone together, I was told that I was no longer a patient of his because of my "attitude". She was very rude.
Dr. Mayron and his staff are extremely nice and caring. I've had about 3 appointments at his office so far, but he was able to give a general diagnosis during the 1st, after just looking at an MRI and listening to symptoms; unlike other neurologists I've seen, that could never find out what was going on. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a neurologist. Appointments with them are always worth the long drive back and forth.
The uncomfortable procedure was made easier with humor and compassion.
First visit was excellent. Honestly took more time than he should have with me.
I love Dr. Mayron, he pretty much saved my life after the jokes of Neurologist we have in Owensboro. I always recommend him to everyone I know.
had to travel over 30 miles to see him and after not being able to do a EMG, he refused to talk to me to save a trip back to Henderson. Office said I could go somewhere else. Also had trouble with the office staff. They lied to me about calling insurance company - had to get insurance company to intervene to get an appoint for the test I couldn't do. Also had dog hair in the exam room from a dog he kept in the office.
