Dr Marlow is a good listener and does not just push pills at you. Dr Marlow correctly diagnosed my wife with Thyroid disease which other doctors missed. Dr Marlow correctly diagnosed my back pain as bad posture related were as other doctors sent me for cortisone shots. Now I do exercises for my back posture and don’t slouch and I am so much better He is compassionate and truly wants the best for his patients.

I’ve been with Dr Marlow since he came to the Woodlands on research forest Drive. I just moved to the area and didn’t have a PCP. A neighbor told me about Dr Marlow so I made an appointment. Here we are, 22 or so years later, and I still love everything about Dr Marlow, his staff, his nurse, Kelly, the office staff. I appreciate his medical expertise, the way he sits and listens with his compassion and empathy. When I needed a sub specialist, his references were top notch. So at 75 years old now… 10 stars to Marlow Family Care.

I was a patient of Dr. Marlow for 20 years and he is a great doctor with outstanding knowledge. I have no complaints with him personally. My issue is with his nurse and receptionist. I’ve always paid my insurance copays and have never had an outstanding balance. Last month I was basically turned down because they couldn't verify my new insurance. I was able to show them my coverage on my phone, but obviously that wasn’t enough. I was in pain and really needed to be seen and I just feel Dr. Marlow should have seen me anyway and dealt with the insurance later. I left there in pain and felt humiliated, to the point I sat in my vehicle in the parking lot and cried. I left them a voicemail the next day letting them know how I felt but never got a phone call, email or anything. Recently transferred to Dr Marlow. Grateful for the rare experience of an independent personal family practice with a caring receptionist, assisting nurse, and Dr Marlow's thorough examines in an inviting no rush atmosphere.

Awesome. Best doctor and staff in the Woodlands!

I have been seen by Dr. Marlow now for a couple of years & let me just say that he & his staff are wonderful. All are extremely personable, friendly, down to earth & funny, they make you feel at ease even for someone with adult ADHD like me.

Had one appt. with this man. He nickel and dimes every appt. If you have two issues such as need a referral and a prescription, he will handle each separately to make the most from the insurance company with 0 regard for your schedule or time. This man is just out to make money as much as he prattles about caring.

He takes his time with people and does not hurry them. Very friendly staff

My last visit with Dr. Marlow was a follow up to my COVID hospitalization. I truly believe Dr. Marlow saved my life. Over two weeks before this visit, he saw me, suspected COVID and told me to go to the ER for a Rapid Test. I did so and was admitted to the COVID floor, treated and released three days later. He’s been our doctor for over thirteen years. He and his staff are the best.

Dr Marlow is the most caring physician I’ve ever been to. He’s soft spoken and listens attentively. I’ve been going to his clinic for 15 years and am always treated courteously by his Assistant Kelly as well as the front office staff. EA

Dr. Marlow focuses on the whole person rather than just treating symptoms. He takes as much time as necessary to make a proper diagnosis and he doesn't rush us or make us feel bad for taking too much time. I trust him completely and would highly recommend him.

They never called me after 3 or 4 voice messages. Didn't even get to make an appointment. So much for caring about sick people. No thanks I'll find an other doctor that hire better qualified and caring staff. I wasn't asking for anything free. I verified they take my insurance and have plenty of money.

Dr. Marlow is the best doctor I have ever met. I am 31 and first saw him when I was 15. These one star reviews are completely uncalled for. Everyone has their opinion, however, Dr. Marlow has been with me through many stages of my life and he, his staff, including nurse Kelly and every receptionist they have had never treated me poorly, less than, unethically or unfairly. As a patient you will get his undivided care and attention in his office, inpatient or even after hours weekend and holiday service for urgent questions. He has even totally surprised me when I was in the ER and he was the doctor working the ER that night! What more could someone ask for in a physician? Seriously, what more could be asked? He can even type while maintaining eye contact and listening! I can't even text without spellcheck. Go see him. You'll be happy you did.

Always swift, considerate, and accurate. None better, in my opinion.

Prescriptions sent to the wrong pharmacy, wrong state. The nurse barks at you, so unhappy to be there.

Best doc I've EVER seen. Thorough and caring. Asked questions I've wondered why others haven't. I was shocked to see and meet such a phenomenal doctor.

Terrific doctor and staff. I've been seeing him for years and have total faith in him. He's the first doctor I went to that really listens to you. He's recommended several other doctors to me and they are usually like him where what I have to say is important. Had to stop seeing him because of insurance and was very happy to be able to go back. He's there for you in all ways. Great doctor to have.

Wonderful doctor, very caring and knowledgeable. My husband and I have been going to see him for years and even though we have moved 1 hour away, he is worth the drive.

Been moving around with Dr. Marlow since Alden Bridge. Number one thing to know is he listens. He takes time to hear what you have to say, askes questions and advises. If you want a doctor you know really hears you Dr. Marlow is someone you should give a try.

Dr. Marlow takes time to listen, which allows him to understand you as a person, not just a body with symptoms. Because he takes whatever time needed with his patients, wait times can sometimes be long...but he disclosed this up front, and he is worth the wait. I trust him totally.

Dr. Marlow was the first to diagnose my wife's rare cancer. We had been to four other docs before seeing Dr. Marlow. He always takes time with me. I highly recommend Dr. Marlow.

Dr. Marlow is the best doctor that I have ever been to. He really takes his time to listen to his patients and understand their needs. He is very knowledgeable and his staff is top-notch. He sometimes runs a little late on his appointments (because he likes to spend all the time necessary with his patients) so I recommend getting an early morning appointment if you are running short of time.

If you have Alopecia Areata or anything similar you cant diagnose yourself then, Do Not go anywhere near this practice they could give a Crap less. In fact I don't know what I have I started losing my hair in an odd way last year and it was onset by a bug bite in july 2015. It started as a small bald spot exactly where I got bit and progressed into a odd pattern of hair loss across my head on the sides top and back. I thought infection and went to work getting a real bad insurance deal with blue cross blue shield that limits me to an HMO but costs 226 a month individual cost. I had no idea what Alopecia Areata is but Marlow refused to diagnose or even in his own words "Speculate" as to the cause. Im I wrong in thinking its a doctors job to do a little "speculating". Im a 31 year old male and this Alopecia thing is common in young people and girls so I have no idea what I have. But the referral I got to a dermatologist was worthless seeing as he only dealt in skin cancer surgeries. So I called the Marlow practice back and was told to call my insurance to get a referral because they don't know of any dermatologist that deal in "Alopecia". So what was the point in going in to The Marlow family practice in getting a referral and getting my insurance charged over 600 dollars to get my blood drawn and have Mr. Marlow tell me he didn't like to speculate we will send you a letter after drawing some blood and telling you basically your full of crap and wasting my time. Thanks for Nothing Marlow. I wish I could give the nursing staff more credit in stars for their awesome work drawing my blood, but only tip i can give is find a new practice this guy sucks. Also the receptionist I think it was Kelly don't ever be-little some ones condition by saying sorry I don't know about "ALOPECIA" or any dermatologist that deals with it. Just the way you said like my condition whatever it is, is not worth your time. Just tell us up front. And if Marlow didn't want to diagnose or speculate to the condition why did the receptionist refer to it as Alopecia. Even the dermatologist receptionist acted like I was crazy for asking?!?!?! Dr. Marlow is awesome!

I've been going to Dr. Marlow now for over 10 years and I think he and his staff are excellent. I highly recommend Marlow family care.

I was a very pleasant experience going to see Dr. Marlow. He is so nice and easy to talk to. His staff is extremity friendly and helpful. All medical staff should take notes from them.

This doctor is by far the best doctor I've ever seen. He is kind and very caring. I've never spent a lot of time in his waiting room as I've done others. He's been so good with me, I have my entire family now going to his practice. Words cannot describe how great it is to have a real family doctor that's so caring. I had given up for a long time and was simply seeing the medical clinics or medicenters. I cannot think of a negative thing to say only that google should have a sixth star for this doctor. If you have another family doctor, consider seeing Doctor Marlow and you're going to change practices. This doctor is by far the best doctor I've ever seen. He is kind and very caring. Finally, a doctor who is willing to spend as much time as is necessary to give his patience a through evaluation. Dr Marlow is very kind, patient and knowledgeable. The best family doctor I have found.

Probably the best family care Dr. that I have been to in a long time, Great staff, friendly , Dr. Marlow is very thorough , I believe that He really cares about the well being of his patients as does his entire staff.
