Dr. Mall was recommended to me 20 years ago by my gynecologist to address my high blood pressure. I couldn't have received a better recommendation. Dr. Mall gives me and all his patients his complete attention. Over the years he has recommended treatment, ordered tests, etc. He makes certain that I keep up with recommended treatments, shots, and so forth. If you are looking for the best DR in las Vegas then you need to call and make an appointment and get to know DR Michael S Mall. He is the most carrying and experience DR I have ever met. And get this another DR recommended him to me, and I have been seeing him for 17 years. He is awesome I recommend you call him and see for your self. Mrs.Summers

I liked Dr.Mall himself but his staff lacks professionalism, I had called to see when was my next appt.they said they did not have me as a patient, I asked if they were on Washington St. they said yes, they eventually found me, they told me I had an appt.on Aug, 30th, mind you I had gone to see them for the first time on Sept,05th, I told them I paid $1300.00 for my skin care and I was not happy with the results, they said I never paid, I said I have my bank statement, I was put on hold again just to be told they found me but my $1300.00 payment was posted under someone else's name(WOW), at this point I have lost trust and confidence in this office and the staff, I was told I will have the billing manager call me to discuss, she did and said she would need to pull my chart first and then call me back by the end of that day, it has been 2 days and still no call from anyone in that office, the doctor is great but the staff with their lack if competency are bringing his office value down. I wonder if Dr.Mall himself is aware of this or not, I have called there 5 times now, I will never recommend this office to anyone, like I said the Dr.is great but his staff lacks competence. Dr.Malls office automatically feels warm and friendly when you walk in. It never takes long to be seen. The staff cares about you. I went to Cindy for laser hair removal and she was so sweet and professional. She kept me well informed through out the process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Great friendly staff very helpful they're all very respectful but Jesse is my favorite. Really makes me feel like I'm top priority anytime I go in there. And I know Dr. Mall is a busy man but every time I go he takes the time out of his busy day to answer any questions I may have or any of my concerns. I never feel rushed or like I'm inconveniencing them. I receive the Myers cocktail often it really makes me full of energy and just feel better. I recommend it to my friends and family always. Dr. Mall has been my Dr. for 3 years and I'm in the best health because he cares.... I can say I'm glad I am a part of his patients if the other patients look younger then what they are then Dr. Is doing very good he is innovative and always happy his staff is very on point and lovely smiles every time. Dr Mall is the best, most caring Dr I've ever been to. He's figured out my complex medical issues, and also my daughter's. He spends more time with you than any doctor you'll ever find, and this enables him to work on preventive care not just acute issues. Honestly don't know what we'd do without him.

I made an appointment for 2pm, via phone about 2 weeks ago & said maybe earlier morning to see. Came in & Hanna waited as I came up to her as she had a bad attitude by her looks and her tone. I let her know it. I then realized I was getting late for next appt, so I went to tell Michelle was not sure if I'll come for 2 pm. Tried emailing that office then later I called up Candice & she sd have to talk to Hanna. Not sure what was said. I asked last email & phn to please talk to her - no response!!

Has been my doctor for almost 20 years. Highly skilled and caring, bit I have had a lot of trouble with his office staff lately. They sent a blood sample to a lab that wasn't qualified to test it. This lab kicked it to Quest, who did the test and charged me because insurance didn't cover it. I always ask if the tests are covered, and his staff said they were. I complained that dr. Mall should have known this beforehand and I shouldn't have to pay. The test shouldn't have been done. Quest is threatening me with collections. Dr Malls office just puts me on hold when I call about it. They refuse to take any responsibility for their mistake. Sad. Has been my doctor for almost 20 years.
