Excellent Dr. Takes time to explain things in detail in laymen's terms

Dr Mattdox is the best he takes his time to explains everything to you so that you understand everything he does an anytime you have a question are need anything he answers in a matter of time in ur portal couldn’t ask for a better dr thx for everything you do dr

Dr.Maddox is competent and knowledgeable . He communicates very well. He is all that I could have hoped for in a doctor. He is a ALL STAR.

Attentive to concerns and questions. Explains in great detail and on your level of understanding. The appointment was not rushed and he was very patient.

I have seen Dr. Maddox on several occasions after discovering a medical issue nearly 3 years ago. Dr. Maddox was thorough in tests and examinations, in which the original problem was resolved. I appreciated his handling of that medical problem, but I had a lingering issue in which I am still plagued with to this day. Dr. Maddox was rather nonchalant about it and brushed it off as not the cause of chronic pain...and I've got to be honest, I was shocked at how flippant he was about it. I thought a more professional response would have been to refer me to another doctor who handles that issue...even if Dr. Maddox himself does not consider it to be one. No one knows their body better than themselves and I am currently in the process of looking for another medical solution to remedy this issue.
