I was very pleased with service.

Dr Madden actually listens to his patients and is caring which is rare these days. The staff is great with even better attitudes.

I arrive at my visit I walked in door before this one lady a Mrs. Becky skipped me and put her before me. Tham I get in room with doctor it seemed as if I was rushed nit heating my situation. He tried to diagnose me with high blood pressure which I never experienced after on reading. I don't feel like I tecieved the proper care I should have received. I had to drive 45 mins to get to appointment to recieved this type of care . I do ypu diagnose someone with an issue after first reading and i tell you i never had high blood pressure. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Dr Madden and his staff are amazing

Dr Madden is a great person and dedicated to his professional behavior.

Immediately upon entering, signs posted as if it were a prison! Signs like, you will not wear cologne or perfume, sign basically demanding that we will have our cell phone off, a sign that refused to call in prescriptions if that pharmacy wasn't stocked, just to list a few examples! You are a doctors office required by oaths all of you took to take care of patients, part of, if not the biggest part is kindness, compassion, instead I walk in to a place that is more dictatorship/Marxism. If I ever had to return to this doctors office again, the staff members, especially the doctor is going to learn, or better yet be re-trained in freedoms and rights. You see, I am an 18 year military combat veteran that absolutely despises people's, such as yourselves to think any of you can tell another human being what to do, you are not above anything, you all placed yourselves on a pedestal, and will eventually be knocked off of it, If I ever have to come back for whatever reason, I will not comply with the ridiculous, no, ludicrous policies you have! Every single one of you at that office know for a fact masks don't work, don't work at all! And for the doctor who refused to conduct the physical unless I put the mask over my nose, " for the prevention of covid", you are an arrogant piece of trash that no longer deserves a medical license. The medical establishment that I had to walk into was nothing short of disgusting gross stupidity. Also I will add, if, and that is a big if, I ever have to come into that building, my wife will come to any and every room I am to go into, like I mentioned earlier I am a military combat veteran with very bad mental issues, I will not in any way shape or form tolerate the dead COVID-19 lies again. If I wasn't afraid of extreme radical terrorists in Iraq or Afghanistan, and still not, nor am I afraid of any form or level of government, what makes you think, and I know you do think, I am afraid to take you and your policies on, or afraid of you at all? NEWS FLASH, I am not at all worried or afraid of anyone on this planet. I will fight back and I will win!

I left where the clinic I had been at 6 years and couldn't be happier! The staff is so nice. Dr. Madden was also by far the nicest Dr I have ever met. The office that I was at had a different doctor most of the time and always messed up my medicine. I am definitely staying with Dr. Madden!

Staff are very friendly and down to earth and they accept most insurance. Great doctor was very friendly and empathetic.

The staff is wonderful but dr madden lost his humanity somewhere along the way. I went in yesterday and told him I thought I was having a heart attack I was hyperventilating and he told me “if your having a heart attack go to the emergency room and he wouldn’t even check my vitals he treated me like a piece of dirt and turned his back on me and walked out. I thought I was dying and when I got to the emergency room I was severely dehydrated and heart rate way to high and blood pressure was to high the doctor at the hospital helped me and thank god it was just a bad panic attack. I can’t believe a medical doctor such as dr madden turned his back on me and walked out leaving me in that state and wouldn’t help me at all. I pray if he ever needed help like I did yesterday he has a better doctor than he was to me. I have a severe bruised arm from the lab nurse that took blood, from elbow to half way down my forearm. When I showed up at the lab door, she seemed irritated that she had to do something and huffed.

This was my first appointment with Dr Madden his staff was so awesome.With that being said,Dr Madden was caring, concerned, and so professional I highly recommend him to anyone who is need of a wonderful Dr you can’t go wrong I wish I could give him 10 stars and his staff 10 also

Dr. Madden and his office are wonderful. They keep the wait times short, so you get in and out of there faster then the wait times at most doctors' offices. They asked about any concerns you have, are very helpful, and obviously care about your health.

DR. Madden is an excellent kind, compassionate Doctor who takes his time and answers any questions and concerns I may have. He promptly & appropriately addresses any new issues that may have arisen since my previous appointment and he is available if any new issues arise before my next appointment with him and they get me in to be seen, promptly. He is thoughtful and thorough in his care of his of my medical needs. Dr. Madden is truly a unique doctor. Dr. Madden recognizes and treats me as INDIVIDUAL PATIENT; as it should be, each individual is different in their medical needs. He does not rush me out he takes his time, that is very important as my health issues are unique to me and very complex. His nurse is kind, compassionate, competent and thoughtful as well. She also treats me as an Individual and takes her time to answer any and all questions I have for her very patiently and respectfully. Ms. Becky, in the office makes sure to SCHEDULE my appointments to my MY SCHEDULE and DOES NOT try to force me into appointments that do fit with my schedule. DR. Will never go back. Dr. Madden never cracked a smile, spoke in a monotone manner and had a total flat affect. He did not pay attention to what I was saying and ordered medication for me that is already prescribed to me by a different physician. There was ZERO normal interaction between us. The rest of the staff were very nice and friendly.

I went to see doctor Madden two or three times he never once helped me his manners was rude I recommend nobody go see him he's a pathetic excuse for a doctor!!!!!!

The worst doctor I've ever had!! He would not even give me my (BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS.) UNTIL I CAME TO SEE HIM. It was not even time for my yearly check up and I was just trying to get enough BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS ) to get me by before neck surgery.

Don't get me wrong; the office staff is one of the best I've ever seen. But if you don't have health insurance, he won't even stay in the room long enough to talk to you. God forbid you have a problem that you actually need to talk to. I have bleeding ulcers and degenerative spine disease, and we have talked about this before. Today my visit was less than a minute and it cost 105.00. He was rude and uncaring. When I get health insurance he won't be bothered with me again. He acts like someone peed in his cornflakes. If you are unhappy with your job, move on. Don't take it out on the people paying your bills. Don't get me wrong; the office staff is one of the best I've ever seen. For anyone who has been around them Semmes area for a very long time, I was a patient since I was 8 years old of Dr. Legg until he passed away. So almost 20 years ago. Dr. Madden has taken over and his staff and bedside manner isn't even comparable to Dr. Legg. There's been soooo many changes for the worse , and new ridiculous rules since Madden has taken over. It's the type of staff/doctor that makes you wonder if they absolutely hate their jobs. Examples being: Everytime I've called his staff has no phone etiquette and are extremely crass and act like they're too busy to take a few more SECONDS to even pretend to care. And the doctor is usually "off the rest of this week". Dr. Legg spent years building a reputable doctors office. In their short time, Dr. Madden and his team has turned it into nothing more than a paycheck. It's a shame to even drive by the building knowing what a caring, patient oriented place it was to what is now a team full of people who just clock in and clock out and where patients are more of a nuisance to be "dealt" with rather than cared for. The new urgent cares in the area offer better service, better staff, better doctors, who want to be there for MUCH cheaper. My mother can barely move...not to mention stand, and after standing in line behind someone else she was told he couldn't take her because she was late!
