Dr. Lowe is understanding and caring and treats his patients with compassion. He acts with a sense of urgency and truly has his patients well-being in mind. He works with you not against you.

So glad my ob/gyn referred me to Dr Lowe. He is compassionate and factual. He made sure to answer all my questions both at his office and at the hospital before my surgery. Reading about his background Online helped me trust him even more. My insurance mistakenly told us that doctor was not in my plan but the office staff immediately investigated further and got the right information. And, office staff are EXTREMELY careful with special COVID-19 protocols to keep us safe. Highly recommend!!!

Dr Lowe was great. His on call Dr. Guirguis was arrogant, rude, and gave us wrong and very bad fadvice. His back and front office staff is also very bad.

The professional care and concern displayed by Dr. Lowe and his excellent staff of doctors, nurses and office staff were exceptional. Each of them treated me with a calm reassurance. Very humbled by their bedside manners.

Dr Lowe and his staff were great. Considering I was scared to death of having surgery and why I was having surgery, they treated me very professionally and with compassion of my health. I'm glad I went to the best and it's now over. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Lowe to any woman that is in need of his expertise.

Dr. Lowe treated me for ovarian cancer. He saved my life. He did the surgery and helped me with chemotherapy. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate. I always felt that the staff was very kind and considerate. Dr. Lowe is an excellent doctor with a real kindness and concern about you and your illness. I am happy and blessed to have a doctor like Dr. Lowe and a great hospital, Advocate in Oak Lawn. I attend Gilda's House at Advocate which has helped me also. I still receive cards from the nurses who took care me. Cancer is a dreadful disease . But, care was not.

Dr Lowe was very professional and helpful. Spent a lot of time explaining my options in a most difficult time of my life. Heather is his PA and she couldn't have been more helpful too.

Dr. Lowe is awesome! He gets straight to the point and doesn't mess around. He's never run behind in clinic during any of my appointments, which means I'm not sitting around anxious about my appointment. Highly recommended!

Excellent doctor! The entire staff is very caring and took the time needed to explain everything about my surgery in detail. I love the daily health check-in emails. It let's the Dr know if something is wrong and gives the patient valuable information on where you should be in your recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Lowe!

He's the best!

Excellent physician. Good bedside manner. Personable and knowledgeable. Explains things well. Is present in the moment with his patients.

The worst experience ever. Complete ignorance, negligence and lack of compassion are the only words that can describe this "doctor", who just saw me for 1 minute during my appointment. The rest of communication was through his incompetent assistant whose attitude was like "if it hurts, it hurts". Poor attempt to milk my insurance with trying to leave me with a 17 cm mass for 3 weeks in unbearable pain and risk of bursting. Luckily I found an amazing oncologist who removed it immediately!

Based on credentials and vast experience, Dr. Lowe obviously is a top notch surgeon. What I value in addition to that is the fact that he sincerely cares about his patients. He is able to share his considerable knowledge in a way that allows you to be a part of your own treatment plan in what can be a very overwhelming situation when facing a cancer diagnosis. He is so kind. During appointments, he is updated, prepared and focused on me as his patient, giving all the time needed.

Dr. Lowe performed successful surgery on me almost a year ago. He came highly recommended to me by healthcare professionals that I trust. My surgery was a success, and I have had quality follow-up care.

Very patient friendly. Went over everything IN DETAIL, even though this was probably a minor procedure for him. The surgery was performed without complication and follow up was excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a gynecological oncologist.
