My husband has been a patient of Dr. Levin for many years, since he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Dr. Levin is very thorough, very professional and very kind.

Never got to see the Dr. Had apt for Tuesday, I was for a Monday, was charged 100.00 for no show. I canceled the appt, I had re scheduled, and will not be using them.

Dr. Levin is an outstanding doctor and I couldn't recommend him more highly. I had kidney cancer and he treated me skillfully and with compassion. He listened to my concerns and his command and knowledge of my condition gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

I'm a 68 year old patient of Dr. Levin. I first saw him in early 2021, complaining of bladder pain and a weak, sporadic urinary stream. He scoped me and discovered my prostate was quite enlarged with a 'ball-valve' obstruction mass, which in turn caused urine to back up and result in bladder wall irritation. Dr. Levin performed TURP surgery on me in Apr 2021. Within a few weeks I was urinating like I was in my 20's again! I'm not exaggerating. And the bladder pain completely disappeared. I no longer get up 3-4 times a night to go to the bathroom. Dr. Levin explains everything extremely well. He's straightforward, kind, and listens. All qualities I appreciate in a doctor. On top of that he's a highly-skilled surgeon. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Michael Levin.

Dr. Levin answered all questions and explained all procedures. Most importantly, Dr. Levin listened and was compassionate. I would say, Dr. Levin is one of the best physicians I have ever had.

Got right in to see Dr. Levin. He was very through and professional. Explained in detail what was going on with my bladder and the procedure to correct my problems. I highly recommend him.

I have seen several urologists over the past 30+ years and I can honestly tell you that Dr. Levin is by far the best. He handled my emergency with great skill and care. It was determined that I needed surgery to correct my BPH symptoms and the procedure has been quite successful. He actually changed my life for the better. I would highly recommend Dr. Levin to anyone without hesitation.

I met Dr. Levin 8/11/19 as an outpatient at Northwest Medical Center. Below is a summary I had with Dr. Levin in his office where he told me: o Let me read these it will take less time (a list of questions I had prepared in advance) o It appears that you are not happy with our service. o I am refunding your $40 for the urine dynamics test today, cancelling this meeting o I do not have time for this Cancel the test placed me at least three weeks behind on treatment process. I had reviewed these questions above with a patient advocate she told me I need to have those questions answered prior to the testing. My wife witnessed my interaction with Dr. Levin surprised at his response and my accepting nature to his response. From speaking to medical advocates, other doctors including my primary care physician his reaction to my questions was totally unprofessional, uncaring, and void of moral values. I believe that he and his practice should be removed from the Caremore Health system.

Excellent service from Dr. Michael Levin.

Had the worst experience ever with this office . I had to give a name to the receptionist , I spelled the name wrong. When I gave it to her she proceeded to laugh at it very loudly. Then spun around walked from coworker to coworker laughing out loud at me pointing. Well this was a cancer office. Just the wright thing to do. Didn't get the doctor I was referred to also. I also have a ton of pain now. Boy are they lucky I'm not in charge of their office! Had the worst experience ever with this office . Dr. Levin listened to my symptoms and followed up with tests and treatment that were very helpful. I had been to another doctor who was HORRIBLE and who offered me no hope. Dr. Levin was very kind and has given me not only hope but health for the last two years.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Good luck trying to get an appointment here. Even a referal to a urologist wasn't enough. Maybe you can get an appointment in a month. Take your business elsewhere.

Dr. Levin was very kind, and took the time to listen to my problems. Not a lot of doctors can do that nowadays. He was professional and followed up with my test results soon after my appointment. I highly recommend him.

He listened to what I said, and explained further tests needed and why.

Dr. Levin has been very professional the five years he's been my urologist made sure all my medications are filled, and ordered all the proper tests to maintain my bladder. I would highly suggest Dr Levin to others.

Having been in the medical field all my life, I can be very critical of doctors. When my husband developed prostate cancer, Dr. Levin was wonderful. He was willing to work with my husband's ideas and concerns and was very understanding. We never felt rushed. He spent time explaining our options and the pros and cons. When I had questions, he would return my calls that day. No problems or complications with the surgeries. Above all, he listened to the patient!
