Dr. Labanowski and his staff have really worked with me to enable me to function as part of my family and Church. I came to them at the end of my rope. My body felt so drained and debilitating. They have up to this point, given me back a portion of my life. I have to leave today to visit a sick love one in Huntsville, Texas. I have hotel reservations. But you never know what could happen. I told the pharm that I was calling to see if I could refill my triazolam according to the date online but it was Thanksgiving and they would be closed. I got 3 suggestions. 1. Get my doctor involved to give an ok to refill. 2. Wait till I get to Texas then contact my doctor office during the weekend and get him to call a prescription that I have already have a new prescription on hold. 3. Wait until this morning and call to see if it could be filled.I called back to explain that this is not the info online and I wouldn’t be leaving until my daughter could safely leave 11-26-2021 & maintain good standing with her new employer. Today, I look online CVS APP and I see a DNF. I researched it. It sounds like a negative connotation on acct. I am grievously upset because I only called to ask questions about this specific medication. I feel it’s discriminatory. Even though it’s been several years since we’ve been to see Dr. L, I wanted to make sure to write a review. My mother saw him for a multitude of sleep issues. After consultation, he decided she needed an overnight study. His determination was that she needed a simple adjustment of her medication. There’s a lot of people who think that sleep specialists are ‘only out to sell c-paps,’ etc. But Dr. L actually takes the time to find the problem. Great Dr with an awesome, helpful staff.

I WAS REFERRED TO SEE DR. LABANOWSKI BY MY FAMILY DOCTOR. IT WAS A VERY EASY PROCESS. THEY CALLED AND GOT ME ON THE SCHEDULE VERY QUICKLY. HE, HIS NURSE PRACTITIONER (MRS. REBECCA CAIN), AND HIS STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND PROFESSIONAL.

You could not ask for a more friendly, informative, knowledgeable, helpful and patient physician. His nurse practitioner is just as good. I highly recommend Dr. Labanowski.

Dr Labinowski is a very dedicated physician who listens and meets his patients needs. I recommend him to anyone who has sleep related problems. Thank you Dr Labinowski for making my son's sleepy study experience a great one. Keep up the good work.

My experience several years back now when he said I needed the sleep study couldn't have been more professional.

Had to sit and wait an hour after my appt time to see the doctor, then only saw the Nurse. Now having troubles getting a script filled and no one answers the phone. Do they only work on Thurs?

After following the directions on the answering service to cancel my appointment, they told me that I had skipped my appointment and refused to refill my xyrem. When I explained what happened and that I was about to run out of my medication unless Dr. Lebanowski approved the refill, the staff said they would talk to him. Unfortunately, they did not and I ran out of my medication for about a week until this was resolved. Worst patient care I have ever received!
